What is resource credits and how much do one need in order to buy it ?

Resource credits are given for those who hold Hive Power (Staked Hive). So if you get some hive and stake it you will have resource power. Each action you perform requires a certain amount of resource credits.

resource credits are network resources on Hive used for performing actions like blogging and commenting. you can get resource credits by powering up HIVE as HIVE Power. resource credits regenerate over 24 hours, so i'd recommend starting with a small amount of HIVE power up.
