RE: Why Not Just Quit?

This is terrible to hear. I can think of no worse prison than to hate your job. I don't have anything dreamy in mind like loving your job. I think that is a situation reserved for TV shows and movies. The best most of us can hope for is to not hate what we do for a living and it is unfortunate that it seems as though you hate what you do for a living. I hope you are at least putting feelers out there to change to another organization and not just hoping that your current job will somehow magically become great one day, because I think we all know that this is very unlikely to happen.
