While I haven't been following this terribly closely I do find it amusing and sad that there are actors on the left that are vehemently opposing what is being done here. I get that it is mostly just politics and they feel obligated to be opposed to this but how can they really justify that sort of position?
I saw a meme the other day that said "it's a bit crazy how an institution that is $35 trillion in debt gets to decide whether or not I am responsible enough to borrow money."

Sad reality is this is political voting for something that they know is wrong and common sense tells you so yet they still vote in favor.
