Yes I have heard the song that says,"Everybody Wants to Rule the World"?

Can one person rule the world?

Well I don't have plans to rule the world, but imagine if I were made the President of my country? Just imagine that?

For me if I declare the interest of ruling my country, I will try to make the process of my contesting simple. No political drama, No big English and grammar, just real talk and straight to the point with the plan I have for the country.

The problem is that how do I convince people to vote for me, especially in a country where I come from, called Nigeria.

First I would not act like the so called politicians in our country that comes out with bigger promises. This politicians will promise eradicate poverty in one month in their office, they will fix electricity in two weeks, and pay every citizen every month. Please save us from those lies we are tired already.

So how do we go about it?

First of all I relate to my people like a human being and not as a politician. Politicians always like as if they are doing us a favour if we vote for them. This not time to feel that I'm superior to the people who is about to vote me in. I will try to relate with everybody, no matter the walks of life, mechanics, traders, market people. My English will be simple and straight to the point. I will ask questions that brings us the true problems of the people and what they are really passing through in the country. Real solutions starts from real conversation.

The next is that I will really be honest on what I can do and what I can't. I know this is not the way most politicians wants it, they want to always make everyone feel they are the most perfect for the job.

Let's be sincere, for a country like Nigeria, can you be able to fix electricity 24/7 in your first year in this office? The answer is know, but we can start to grow it steadily. We are humans with brains, we know this things don't happen overnight, they are not magic, but we need someone who understands and is ready to make things better even if it will take time.

Social media will become a powerful tool to use. Let's be honest, we are really tired of government social media handlers posting things that do now add value to the country on social media. If I become the president, I will use social media as way too easily show myself and communicate myself. I will not hide in Aso rock doing nothing and being invisible to my people.

The next thing I will do is to appoint people who are fit to do the job. My cabinet will not be filled with old, incompetent and outdated people. Everyone will be kept in a place where they can be valuable and productive. I will bring in the businesswomen, tech guys, health workers and young people who are still vibrant to get the job done. I know Nigerians have people who are very smart and intelligent but too much politics in the country has made them useless, We really have to change that.

So with all my good plans for the country would you vote for me? Your answer might be yes or no, but now you will know what you stand for. You now know someone who is real, reachable and is willing to work his best to make Nigeria a better place to be.

I may not want to rule the world but helping to fix my country, I will happily do that with my full chest.
