Healthy Addiction of Smartphones.

Remember when Elon Musk was asked why he limited the amount of post a user could view per day on X(formerly known has Twitter). His reply was that he wants people to stay off their phones in order to connect with the outside world more.

You can agree with me that the reason Elon Musk limited the post view per day was because people were becoming too addicted with their phones.

People are now too addicted with their phone and they could not go through a second without it. Technology had made things easy that you can access almost everything through your phone, and to remind us people are making lots of money with their smartphones.

I am not exempted from this addiction, staying without a phone for an hour seems impossible to me. I'm a student and most of my school materials and books are in moving, the skills I'm learning is through my phone and to add it all I do my blogging with my phone, not to talk more of the distraction that social media unavoidably brings.

Yes I am completely addicted with my smartphones and the time usage much. The annoying part is that each time I try to stay away from my phone, my mind tries to convince me about what I should be doing with my phone like studying, blogging or learning but when I start operating my phone the first place you will see me is social media before doing any other thing else.

I have come to accept my addiction with smartphones because of what I am benefiting from it, but the distraction that comes with it is very much. You cannot hardly stay concentrated on one task without distractions on your smartphones.

Technology has equally done more harm, the same way it has done more good.
