Breathe Softly When Life Pushes Hard

Sometimes it feels easy, and sometimes one might get stuck in it, just like in highway traffic, where everything becomes uncomfortable, heated up, noisy, and disappointing. One might be doing everything possible to step forward to the next level, but it looks like village people are holding you very tight. From a lot of expectations from loved ones to personal stress to a series of unending workloads, it starts to look like the story of Job, where one of faced with challenges that tend to break us down by all means.

I could remember about three months ago, I got a call from a client who wanted me to work on a project for him. We had already finalized everything and scheduled a particular day for us to meet, but on that day, I was dressed up, and on my way when I called him to check, and that was how he cancelled everything, saying there is still a few issues with the land. And at that very moment, I wanted to vex for the person, but then I realized that I can control the way I react to this and not life itself.

And sometimes, when I need to ease myself off those pressures I go for a small walk, I take a cold or warm shower, then I stay outside the surroundings to get fresh air, which gives me inner calm.

Somethings as a man, they told us not to stop and keep moving even though it is breaking us, and they say we do not have enough strength to keep moving, but in reality, when we rest, doesn't mean that we are weak.

There is no way we can escape from pressure, but we have the right to either let it affect us or look away. Sometimes the best thing we can do is to hope for a better tomorrow.
