Looking for Proof in Quiet Places

There was a point in my life when I believed the saying that if something is real, then there will always be evidence to show for it until I grew up to understand that life will always have another plan and a very unusual, funny way of confusing some of the things we believed in.

There have been countless times when I put in all my effort just to make something work, but at the end of the day it didn't work out, with nothing to show for it. Upon all my sleepless nights, trying to make myself better in all areas, maybe a door of mercy will open. Day in and day out, minute upon minute, every second felt like everything was disappearing like smoke in the air with no trails.

Sometimes, someone will ask me how the thing I am doing is turning out, and I will just give a response not satisfactory just because I don't really have proof yet. No big money, no massive story of success...just effort.

And to be honest, all these made me question myself in a doubtful way because I started second-guessing myself. Maybe I am just doing ghost work.

But as time went on, I got to realize something silent yet massive about life. Some things usually take longer than we expect, and we might not see the result immediately. Some results are building little by little just to give a massive appearance.
