The Lunch Dishes I Ate

Today I will share the lunch I had.

I'm not talking about food just because I have to share it. Just
some mouthwatering pictures of dishes.
Lunch dishes are nothing special.

Fried Fish...
Fried fish is made by deep-frying Sturgeon, cut into pieces.

This dish is made by stir-frying broccoli with scrambled eggs.
Broccoli is a healthy vegetable.

This dish is tomato fish paste.
The main ingredient in the dish is tomatoes, and it is seasoned with fish paste and chili peppers.
Most Burmese people like the taste of sour and salty, and they eat it by smearing rice with tomato fish paste.

I also like to eat rice mixed with curry sauces, so eating these dishes can make me feel full.
Now, let's try cooking it.

နေကောင်းကျန်းမာကြပါရဲ့လား မိတ်ဆွေတို့ရေ။
ယနေ့တော့ စားဖြစ်ခဲ့တဲ့ နေ့လည်စာ ကို မျှဝေပေးရဦးမယ်။

မျှဝေပေးရဦးမယ် ဆိုလို့ စားစရာ ဟင်းလျာတွေကို ပြောတာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။
သွားရည်ကျလို့ရအောင် ဟင်းလျာပုံလေးတွေပါ။
နေ့လည်စာဟင်းလျာတွေက အထူးအဆန်းတော့ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။

ငါးကြော်
ငါးကြော် က ငါးကြင်း ကို အတုံးတုံးကာ ကြော်ထားတာပါ။

ဒီဟင်းလျာက Broccoli ကို ကြက်ဥ နှင့် ရောကာ ကြော်ထားတာပါ။
Broccoli ကတော့ ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့်ညီညွတ်သော ဟင်းသီးဟင်းရွက် တစ်မျိုးပါ။

ဒီဟင်းလျာ ကတော့ ခရမ်းချဉ်သီးငါးပိချက် ပါ။
ဟင်းလျာ ထဲမှာ ခရမ်းချဉ်သီး က အဓိက ပါဝင်ပြီး ငါးပိ နှင့် ငရုတ်သီး ဖြင့် ငန်ငန်စပ်စပ်လေး ချက်ထားတာပါ။
မြန်မာလူမျိုး အများစုကတော့ ချဉ်ငန်စပ် အရသာကို ကြိုက်နှစ်သက်ကြပြီး ထမင်း ကို ခရမ်းချဉ်သီးငါးပိချက် ဖြင့် လူးနယ်ကာ စားလိုက်ရရင် စားမြိန်ကြပါတယ်။

ကျွန်တော်လည်း ထမင်းကို ဟင်းအနှစ်တွေဖြင့် ရောနယ်ကာ စားရသည်ကို နှစ်သက်လှတော့ ယခုကဲ့သို့ ဟင်းလျာများနှင့် ထမင်းစားရသည်မှာ ဗိုက်အဝလွန်အောင် စားဖြစ်တတ်ပါသည်။
