I have heard reports of two major cyclones in neighboring ASEAN countries, damaging buildings and causing a few deaths. The reason for this is that these countries have better governance than Myanmar, and the number of deaths has been lower.
A cyclone almost as strong as the one that hit this week hit Myanmar in 2008.
At that time, more than 130,000 people died because of the Myanmar military government's disregard for people's lives.

Actually, I want to tell you about a pleasant day today.
It rained at night in my area this week.
Since it didn't rain during the day, I also visited the villages regularly.

This evening, the sky was cloudy and rainy.
The cool breeze while riding a motorcycle was refreshing.
At that time, I saw a big rainbow from the forest to the east.
So I turned on my phone camera and took a picture of the big rainbow between the clouds and the green trees.

This is a painting of the beauty of the countryside during the rainy season.
It is so pleasant to gaze at the colorful rainbow while feeling the cool touch of the breeze after returning from work.

I wrote this letter last night, but I had to post it today because I didn't have an internet connection yesterday.

အိမ်နီးခြင်းအာစီယံနိုင်ငံအချို့၌ မုန်တိုင်းကြီးနှစ်လုံး တိုက်ခတ်မှုကြောင့် အဆောက်အဦးအချို့ ပျက်စီးကာ လူအနည်းငယ် သေဆုံးကြရသော သတင်းကို ကြားမြင်ရသည်။
ထိုနိုင်ငံများ၌ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံထက် ကောင်းသော အစိုးရ အုပ်ချုပ်နေသောကြောင့် လူအသေအပျောက်နည်းခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။
ယခုရက်သတ္တပတ်အတွင်း တိုက်ခတ်ခဲ့သော မုန်တိုင်းများ၏ ပြင်းအားနီးပါးလောက်ရှိသော မုန်တိုင်းတစ်ခု လွန်ခဲ့သော ၂၀၀၈ ခုနှစ်က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၌ တိုက်ခတ်ခဲ့ဖူးသည်။
ထိုစဉ်က မြန်မာစစ်အစိုးရ၏ ပြည်သူတွေ၏အသက်ကို တန်ဖိုး မထားမှုကြောင့် လူပေါင်း ၁၃၀၀၀၀ ကျော် သေဆုံးခဲ့ရသည်။

တကယ်တော့ ဒီနေ့ သာသာယာယာရှိခဲ့သည့်အကြောင်း ပြောပြချင်လို့ပါ။
ကျွန်တော် နေထိုင်ရာဒေသ၌ ဤရက်သတ္တပတ် အတွင်း ညပိုင်း၌ မိုးရွာသွန်းခဲ့သည်။
နေ့ခင်းပိုင်း၌ မိုးမရွာသောကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်လည်း သွားရောက်နေကြ ကျေးရွာတွေဆီ ပုံမှန် သွားရောက်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ယနေ့ညနေခင်းမှာတော့ ကောင်းကင်၌ တိမ်ထူထပ်ကာ မိုးအုံ့လာခဲ့သည်။
ဆိုင်ကယ်စီးရင်း လေပြေညင်းလေးတိုက်ခတ်လာသည့်အခါ လူကို လန်းဆန်းသွားပါသည်။
ထိုစဉ် အရှေ့ဘက် တောအုပ်ဆီမှ သက်တန့်ကြီးကို တွေ့မြင်လိုက်ရသည်။
