Lunches for Mouthwatering

Hello.

Today I will share some food pictures.
These are not the dishes I cooked myself.
They are the dishes my brother's wife who lives in Yangon cooked .
Shrimp wraps, fried fish, fried okra, and chicken bone soup.

Shrimp paste is made with tomato curry sauce.
It is good to add shrimp paste to rice and eat it.
A little chili powder makes it more delicious.

The fried fish was leftover from the previous day.
The okra was cut into small pieces, mixed with a little egg, and fried.
It was delicious to eat in small portions.

Chicken bone soup is cooked with a few vegetables.
It is mixed with ginger, garlic, spices, etc., and the chicken bone soup is sweet and fragrant.

I'm sharing the lunch I had because it was delicious.

ယနေ့တော့ စားစရာပုံတွေ ဖော်ပြလိုက်ဦးမယ်။
ဒီအစားအစာတွေ ကျွန်တော် ကိုယ်တိုင် ချက်ထားတာတွေတော့ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။
ရန်ကုန်မြို့မှာနေထိုင်တဲ့ ညီ ၏ ဇနီးက ချက်ကျွေးသော ဟင်းလျာတွေပါ။
ပုဇွန်ထုပ်ချက်၊ ငါးကြော်၊ ရုံးပတီသီးကြော် နှင့် ကြက်ရိုးဟင်းရည်

ပုဇွန်ထုပ်ချက် ကိုတော့ ဟင်းအနှစ်ရည်ဖြင့် ချက်ထားတာပါ။
ထမင်း ထဲကို ပုဇွန်ဟင်းအနှစ် ထည့်ကာ နယ်စားလို့ကောင်းတာပေါ့။
ငရုတ်သီးအစပ် အနည်းငယ် ထည့်ထားတော့ စားလို့ အရသာပိုရှိပါတယ်။

ငါးကြော် က အရင်ရက်က အကျန်ပါ။
ရုံးပတီသီးကိုတော့ အတုံးအသေးလေးတွေ လှီးဖြတ်ကာ ကြက်ဥအနည်းငယ်ဖြင့် ရောကာ ကြော်ထားပါတယ်။
စီးစီးလေး စားလို့ဆိမ့်ပါတယ်။

ကြက်ရိုးဟင်းရည် ကိုတော့ ဟင်းရွက်အနည်းငယ်ဖြင့် ပြုတ်ထားပါတယ်။
မညှီအောင် ဂျင်း ကြက်သွန်ဖြူ ဟင်းခတ်အမွှေးအကြိုင် စသည်တို့ ရောထည့်ထားတော့ ကြက်ရိုးဟင်းရည်က ချိုချိုမွှေးမွှေးလေးပါပဲ။

ကျွန်တော် စားခဲ့ရတဲ့ နေ့လည်စာ စားကောင်းလို့ မျှဝေပေးလိုက်တာပါ။
ပုံတွေ ကြည့်ပြီး သွားရည်ယိုလို့ရတာပေါ့။
