A powerful earthquake has struck central Myanmar.
Rescue efforts are currently underway in the major cities that were hit hard.

Today, according to Buddhist culture, I will show you how rural people go to the monastery with offerings on the Buddha's festival day.

A commemorative photo was taken of the people carrying offerings in procession to the monastery located at the entrance of the village.
They also walked around the pagoda in the monastery compound.

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အလယ်ပိုင်း၌ ဖျက်အားပြင်း ငလျင်ကြီး လှုပ်ခတ်ခဲ့သည်။
သို့ဖြစ်၍ ယခုရက်ပိုင်း၌ အဓိကပျက်စီးခဲ့သော မြို့ကြီးများတွင် ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးများ လုပ်ဆောင်နေကြရသည်။
လျှပ်စစ်မီးများ ပြတ်တောက်နေပြီး ဆက်သွယ်ရေးများလည်း ပြတ်တောက်နေခဲ့သည်။

လူ ထောင်ပေါင်းများစွာ သေဆုံးရသော မြင်ကွင်းများကို ဒီမှာ မမျှဝေ မဖော်ပြလိုတော့ပါ။

ယနေ့တော့ ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာယဉ်ကျေးမှုအရ ဘုရားပွဲတော်ရက်၌ ကျေးလက်နေပြည်သူများ ဘုန်းကြီးကျောင်း သို့ လှူဖွယ်များဖြင့် စီတန်းကာ သွားရောက်ကြပုံကို ဖော်ပြပေးလိုက်ပါသည်။

ကျေးရွာ၏ အဝင်ဝ၌ တည်ရှိသော ဘုန်းကြီးကျောင်း သို့ လှူဖွယ်ပစ္စည်းများကို သယ်ပိုးကာ စီတန်းသွားကြသူများကို အမှတ်တရဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်ယူထားခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။
ဘုန်းကြီးကျောင်းဝင်း အတွင်း၌လည်း စေတီတော်ကို ပတ်ကာ စီတန်းလှည့်လည်ခဲ့ကြခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။

မြန်မာပြည်သူတို့သည် အလှူဒါန မည်သို့ ပြုကြသည် ဖြစ်စေ၊
