🌻 Sunflower story 🌻

Good morning dear Friends and Photography Lovers🙌📸

During the last two walks on my street and in my neighborhood, I saw a sunflower and wanted to take a picture of it. However, there was always tall and thick grass around it, and I didn't want to walk through that grass to get to it. Until yesterday... I was overjoyed when I saw that everything was mowed and I could get to it.

So, let's go see that beautiful flower, and I must say that looking at it and taking pictures of it, my hidden poetic soul surfaced.... But, let's go!

The sunflower is not just a flower.
It is nature's silent promise that there is always a reason to look up.
No matter how many times the clouds roll in, how much rain falls,
it remains upright, big, and facing the light.

In its simplicity lies great wisdom:
When you don't know where to go – follow the sun.
When you lose hope – find something that will remind you that there is warmth, even when you don't feel it.

The sunflower does not give up on the light.
And it does not turn to the shadows.
It remembers where the sun has been, and grows in that direction.

Maybe we should do the same…
Bend less under the weight of the day, turn more towards what warms us,
what lifts us, what fills us – even if it is just a glimmer of light.

Because sometimes even a glimpse is enough to make you sprout from within. The Moon treated me to just such a glimpse at the end of my walk. Night had already fallen and I spotted His Majesty, he emerged a little shyly and swam into the night

I took the sunflower photos with a Nikon D750 and processed them in Photoshop. The moon photo was taken with an Olympus E-M10 Mark III.
