Poppy Season - Part Three

Good Sunday to all of You dear Friends and Photography Lovers🙌📸

The third part of the saga about my poppies features photos that I also took in May 2020. In fact, I took them at the same time as all of the previous two posts, but these are completely different because I processed them in Photoshop quite heavily and I'm really curious how much you'll like today's post.

So, let's go see red Beauty/Hard Core

They were all shot with an Olympus E-M10 Mark III and as far as I remember I processed them in HDR and in Nik Collection, Tonal contrast. It seems that with those processing I "killed" the fragility and tenderness of the poppies. Maybe I needed it at that moment, I would say it was in spite of the damn Covid

Anyway, I "killed" their beautiful color in the previous photos, but it's there. Here are three photos to end the post, where the poppies are "bloody" red again.

That's all for today, dear friends, I'm not sure if I'll continue this saga about the red beauty tomorrow or if I'll take a break with something completely different. In any case, in my folders from the past nine years, I still find material that I haven't shown you, and that makes me happy.

Really great! The last time I was in Croatia I was skippering a couple of tours, 2 weeks out among the islands. Now and then I check conditions for getting a tiny boat again, so who knows!

I just scrolled back to look at them again, that does not happen every day :-)
