The Municipality of Naawan- A Perfect Place to Explore The Best Tourists Destinations

The Municipality of Naawan has its own fascinating and wonderful views we can truly love to Visit. Falls, resorts, beaches and many more that will tourists love the most. For today's travel blog, I will share to all of you some of the wonderful place to visit here in Naawan, the Province of Misamis Oriental. This travel post I have is not beaches, resorts but is some parts of unique structures built here at the heart or at the center of Municipality. Naawan is the 3rd Municipality of Misamis Oriental and it is located near at the Coastal areas facing to the Panguil bay in Iligan City. From Municipality of Manticao, it needs to travel almost an hour with a travel fair of up to 20 Pesos per passenger. Now, One of the most fascinating structures here in Naawan is this old San Isidro Labrador church. This Church was built early 80's and it is one of the oldest structures here at the Municipality.

The structure is coated with colorful paints, with shiny floor tiles inside of the Church. There are also lots of statues can be seen inside of the structures an a spacious place were lots of big trees grows. Every Sunday or Holy week, Hundreds of Church goers attending Mass. It is also decorated with landscapes and parking lots so the areas can be well organized.

This tall tower where the big and old bells were placed, according to the Church takers, the bells was already ages 100 Years old and it is truly an antique things. The height of this tower almost same as the three storey building and aside of that it is designed with metals used as a fence and landscapes on each side of the tower.

This small prayer room were lots of candle holders were placed. Church goers who offered prayer, lighted their candles here and put in the candle holder and read the prayers engraved at the concrete wall. Inside of this structure is the fascibating color red bricks that served as a decorations or designs inside of the place.

This is the lawn outside of the church and it is very spacious even hundred of Cars can fit or parked here. It surrounded with big and old acacia trees, one of the Ancient trees can be found here in Naawan. They presserved this trees to make the place cool and relaxing, aside of that lots of wild animals like birds can be seen here.

We will go to the other Church here in Naawan, and this is the Iglesia Filipina Independiente Church. This is quite small compare to San Isidro Labrador Church but it is built very unique. It is coated with white and blue paints with a big trumphet at the rooftop and it is also installed lots of colorful lights to make the structure really more attractive.

Flood walls are newly built last year and it helps the residents to keep them safe from big floods. This long flood walls helps to control the strong current of the flood water, on each side of the walls is the trail were bicycles can pass by here. People can also walked in here because there are lots of stairs made of concrete built in here. This very long thick metals helps the residents especially the children fall to the water and it is very unique and helpful to all residents here.

We will go to the nearest coastal areas here in Naawan, and this is the Baywalk. Near in this area is the College Campus, and there are lots of people who came here just to see the sunset. This long concrete blocks is also served as walls so the place wont collapse due to big waves, and aside of that those who visit here always sit in the concrete structure while watching to the sea. An old port also located in here, but as many years has past it completely turned into beach resort and those concrete platforms we can see at the middle of the water is already used as diving board for the beach goers.

This is the fish port of Naawan, those fishermen placed their fish here and measured its weight before selling it to the Market. There are also fish buyers went here just to buy hundred kilos of fish and sell house-to-house. The Municipality of Naawan has its unique areas we really love to visit.
