Manticao River, One of The Most Perfect Place For A Visit During Summer Season

Greetings hive travelers , Nature gives a great contributions to all of us. Some of this are beautiful and relaxing surroundings were lots of Wild plants, wild animals and landscapes and also sea scapes can be seen. Rivers is also a best gift that Mother Nature gave to us here. For today's blog, I will take you to the relaxing and cool places here in Manticao, particularly here in Manticao River. This place is very peaceful and quite and only the sounds of birds and the splash of crystal clear water at the river. Also, this areas is very perfect for Nature adventure specially during summer season.

The Location:

Manticao River is located in the vast forest and mountainous places of Manticao in the Province of Misamis Oriental. This river is connected in lots of place in the Municipality and the water travels in a long way. From Barangay Poblacion, it needs to travel a few minutes if we ride a passenger vehicles and it also reach a few hours if it only walks from Public Market. Those rocky and dusty road before we reach this place are also a great challenge for everyone who loves Nature Traveling. This river is quitely far from Houses, Establishments and other kinds of structures.

Different kinds of Big Trees:

Lots of big native trees also growns near at the river. Some of it are already grown many years already. Because of its widest, lots of wild animals like Birds are perching and making their nests. Some of the Native trees here are Molave, Mahogany and Acacia trees. It helps the place cool and relaxing because of its shady brought by this kind of big trees. This big trees are fastly grows because it is near at the river were lots of water flows going to the Sea.

A Crystal Clear Fresh Water at the River:

Because of the crystal clear fresh water, it will be very perfect for a swim specially during intense hot season. Lots of fish, shrimps and craps swim and hid on some big stones located at the Place.

Walking in the river is very easy because this place mostly covered with tons of fine sands. Manticao River have lots of place were tons of fine sands can be seen and found. This sands particles was been washed out from the top of the mointain. Everytime when there is a flood, small particles of sands are been washed all the way down to the sea.

Sand not the only particles can be seen and found here at the river, there are also lots of big stones scattered on the areas. Different kinds of stones including its shapes, sizes and colors. Most of it are limestones, a kind of white and hard rocks used for landscaping. Lots of people came in this place just to Gathered lots of rocks used for decorations at the lawn. Some of it are already shown to the surface because of continously dried the water level.

This big rocks has been washed out all the way down here in the place. For many big floods happens here, those big rocks from the mountain was been washed out and it can proven because of the scratch mark on the rocks. But despite of that, it can gives a unique and wonderful views here in this part of the River. This big rocks is used as a chairs or a place where those laundry clothes will put everytime when there is someone who washed their clothes here. Aside of that, there are also lots of fish, crabs and shrimps hiding in the big rocks.

Cliffs and other place of the river is already covered with thick wild grass. Most of the farm raising animals are tied in here so that they can have lots of wild grass can be eaten. Lots of insects like flies, butterflies, and even spiders hid in this wild grass grows near at the river.

If we talked about agricultural activities, near in this river is the banana farm. This great number of banana plants are planted and grows near at the cliff.
