Farming is the Real Deal✌️

Right from onset I am someone that doesn't like farming at all. Maybe because of waking up so early and preparing for the farm or would I say maybe the mosquitoes in there when you are at the farm that makes me hate going to the farm🤦🤦🤦.
Being that, this has always been my reason for not going or wanting to be associated with farm work i had to change when a new phase hit me😁🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦.
I discovered that farming is now the real deal, because in my country Nigeria if you do not farm when you are supposed to, then be rest assured that hunger awaits you in your household.

Since I debunked such myopic mindset I have seen the importance of farming.
Several times my mom wouldn't be so bouyant to purchase some leaves so that we could cook, In such times what we planted on our little garden has been our saving grace.
In our little garden we plant water leaf , vegetables (pumpkin), scent leaf, curry leaf and other medicinal plants like Alo-vera, Justicia Carnea aka blood of Jesus(which helps in boasting the blood etc.
Most times we even go as far as planting in our flower pot as well if our garden has been used up 😁.

Asides farming in our little garden, we could buy or rent a plot of land, and the size bought or rented will depend on what we want to plant on it. In such times would clear the farm land set it fire, clear it again of the debris from it being burnt and make it plain then set to till it and make ridges depending on what we want to plant, but mostly we prefer planting cassava and God has always been with us making sure our efforts wouldn't be in vain, the casava will grow into something tangible, and when it does we set to uproot it, peel it, soak it in water for two to three days, take it out from the water after that number of days, then take it to the mill for it to be grinded, come back wash it, press it in the mill for water to come out , when it's has been void of water, you take it out from the bag , and set to processed it Into fufu.

The end product is always giving ✌️, one could use it to eat with soup 😁

The process of producing this cassava may seem long but believe me it's worth the stress, it's worth the time, because comparing what one would get after all these you would see with me that it's better of than buying at the market.

In conclusion I'd say everyone should start farming, own a farm or better still own a little garden behind your house, plant edible leafs, plants etc and you regret this decision😁.

That is surely a healthy garden you have there. Everything looks green and healthy, especially my favorite water leaves. Farming is good and lucrative though it’s a lot of work to prepare fufu . Well done dear , I love fufu with melon soup
