A Filipino Dessert

Puto cheese is one of my favorite Filipino desserts. It comes in different colors, it is a dessert commonly served in different occasions such as birthday celebration, wedding, Christening and the likes. It is fascinating to have a cousin who is good at making this dessert.

Discovering Puto Cheese Making Skills

At first, my cousin was just testing her skills in making this special dessert and I am one of the free tasters. After giving her compliments that she did very well in making Puto cheese, she became motivated and inspired to sell it. She was so diligent and hardworking.

Puto Cheese Business

My cousin's diligence paid off she received orders from her neighbors and friends. It feels good that her neighbors and friends are very supportive in her growing business. Her siblings are helping her to as resellers. It eventually became a family business.

Free Taste

As one of her observers, of course free taste is automatic. My cousin is also very generous, charitable, thoughtful, kind and multi-talented. She is also a skillful baker.

Coconut Milk Creations

One of the ingredients of this dessert is coconut milk and that is what this dessert makes it special.

Finish Products

I knew from the very start that she will succeed, that she will have a bright future ahead, I could see her potential. My cousin has 2 sons and they're also very helpful children. Her sons also help in selling these finish products.

Teaching children at the young age to learn this kind of skill and also training them to sell a product is preparing them for the future.

My cousin and her kids are all amazing, it's a great team work, a family business. Cousin's husband help in printing the packaging of this Special Puto Cheese. Both flavors are tasty.
