Sitka | Alaska
Sitka used to be the captal city of Alaska when russia owned alaska, so the history in the town is crazy, anchors of russian ships from the 18 hundreds are lying around, museums are filled, and churches are stunning. We are still here as we have 3 beautiful but freezing days.
Im now off to New Zealand for a month to do some exams and other things, but ill be back in the meantime you can stay updated with @konquest posts or just look at my post which can be interesting too.
We have already met some friends in the supermarket and they have offered us a car and even a ride to the airport, they are sailors too understand the struggles we go through so its very nice.
The Harbour is huge as you can see on the photos, its not completely filled but does have quite a few boats, we have also ordered lots of spare parts to the harbour master and thanks to him we have everything we need now to finish those little projects.
I can't even begin to explain the scenery in Alaska, I'm a whole panorama view of beautiful mountains made it perfect to fly the drone, when we first arrived a couple of days ago we did not see any snow on the mountains now with negative temperatures you can even see some new snow right on the peaks.
