Un día lleno de unicornios y celebración 🎂 -(Spa-Eng)

Creo que es inevitable no sentir un montón de emociones cuando llega ese tan esperado día de cumpleaños y más aún si es de un hijo pienso que la emoción es doble, primero porque tratamos en lo posible de hacer de ese día algo único y especial para ellos y segundo porque de alguna u otra manera también tratamos de revivir bellos recuerdos de nuestra infancia en fechas tan importantes, o por lo menos a mí me pasa.

Eliette, es mi hija menor y el día sábado cumplió sus 3 añitos, como todo niño que sabe que su cumpleaños está pronto a suceder me preguntaba toooodos los días si ya era el día de su cumpleaños jajaja era muy gracioso porque obviamente es chiquita y no entiende muchas cosas, así que preguntaba cada vez que se acordaba de su cumpleaños y decía que sería de caballo es decir unicornio 🦄 😅

La temática de cumpleaños es elegida por ellas mismas, la elección depende de la comiquita que más le guste en esos meses, Eliette ha estado viendo mucho my litle pony y también jorge el curioso 😅 así que ella un día decía que su cumpleaños sería de jorge el curioso y otros días decía que de unicornio.

I think it is inevitable not to feel a lot of emotions when that long awaited birthday arrives and even more if it is a child's, I think the emotion is double, first because we try as much as possible to make that day something unique and special for them and second because somehow or another we also try to relive beautiful memories of our childhood on such important dates, or at least it happens to me.

Eliette, is my youngest daughter and on Saturday she turned 3 years old, like every child who knows that her birthday is about to happen she asked me every day if it was already her birthday hahaha it was very funny because obviously she is little and doesn't understand many things, so she would ask every time she remembered her birthday and she would say it would be a horse's birthday 🦄 😅

The birthday theme is chosen by them, the choice depends on the cartoon she likes the most in those months, Eliette has been watching a lot my litle pony and also Curious George 😅 so one day she would say her birthday would be Curious George and other days she would say it would be a unicorn's birthday.

Por último todos decidimos que sería de unicornio porque sería más fácil encontrar cosas para decorar, y así fue, conseguimos esta cabeza de unicornio muuuy grande, pero que quedaba bien en la mesa donde le haríamos su sorpresa de cumpleaños, de verdad que es una cabeza de unicornio enorme jajaja

Me gusta recibir a mis niñas cuando bajan las escaleras hacia la sala, con la mesa llena de cosas que les gustan y este día no sería la excepción. Lo primero que hicimos fue hacer una pequeña y bonita decoración de unicornio, hice un pequeño bouquet con globos, arme una caja de golosinas, y un detalle muy personal fue que le hice un set de rosas eternas.

Las flores siempre me han gustado y me he dado la tarea de regalarle a mis niñas bonitas flores y ellas la disfrutan, se sienten tan amadas que su cara de felicidad es la mejor parte.

Finally we all decided that it would be a unicorn because it would be easier to find things to decorate, and so it was, we got this very big unicorn head, but it looked good on the table where we would make her birthday surprise, it really is a huge unicorn head hahaha

I like to welcome my girls when they come down the stairs to the living room, with a table full of things they like and this day would be no exception. The first thing we did was to make a cute little unicorn decoration, I made a small bouquet with balloons, put together a box of goodies, and a very personal detail was that I made her a set of everlasting roses.

I have always loved flowers and I have given myself the task of giving my girls beautiful flowers and they enjoy it, they feel so loved that their happy face is the best part.

Para el desayuno hice unos enrollados de salchichas (uno de los favoritos de Eliette) y preparé panquecas de colores, ellas las adoran. Y al tener dos niñas no me gusta hacer sentir mal a mi hija mayor, así que de todo el desayuno también le preparo unos para ella, así ninguna de las dos pelea ni se siente mal.

Las niñas estaban muy felices, Eliette estaba que no cabía de alegría, demás de contenta, le hice una pequeña tortica para cantarle su cumpleaños en el desayuno. En la noche ya teníamos su torta para que juntos con sus amiguitos pudiéramos cantar cumpleaños de manera "formal" y así cerrar esta ronda de cumpleaños, ya poco a poco me iré preparando para las ideas de la próxima cumpleañera
(esta es más exigente) 🙈 jejejeje

Lo importante de los cumpleaños es poder estar todos juntos y disfrutar cada momento con lo mucho o lo poco, hacemos de ese día algo especial para ellos que son la razón de nuestros días.

For breakfast I made some sausage rolls (one of Eliette's favorites) and I made colorful pancakes, they love them. And having two girls I don't like to make my oldest daughter feel bad, so out of all the breakfast I make some for her too, so neither one of them fights or feels bad.

The girls were very happy, Eliette was overjoyed, I made her a little cake to sing her birthday at breakfast. In the evening we already had her cake so that together with her friends we could sing birthday in a "formal " way and thus close this round of birthdays, and little by little I will prepare for the ideas of the next birthday girl
(this one is more demanding) 🙈 hehehehehehehe

The important thing about birthdays is to be able to be all together and enjoy every moment with the much or little, we make that day something special for them who are the reason for our days.
