Full day | El sol es mi enemigo 🫠 -(spa-eng)

Hola gente bella, un gusto poder compartir con ustedes mi vida llena de sus diferentes aventuras.

Desconectarnos del día a día es el primer paso para conectar con nuestro propósito y destino, así lo aprendí nuevamente, jejeje este fin de semana en un viajecito express hacia el parque Guayana ubicado en San Félix.

La invitación llegó por parte de la iglesia a la que asisto, sería una mañana llena de diversión y sobre todo alimento para el alma y el corazón, me gustó la idea y lo mejor es que tenía la oportunidad de llevarme a mi niña Esther y así compartir juntas esta experiencia.

Al llegar, nos pidieron hacer un gran círculo y allí realizamos diferentes dinámicas rompe hielo y tratar de conocernos y hacer amistad los unos a los otros, Esther estaba muy emocionada, jajaja realmente más que yo.

Por mi parte no soy muy amiga del sol y ese día la temperatura estaba demasiado elevada y hacía que me irritara un poco. A pesar de que estaba debajo de un enorme árbol de uvas playeras podía sentir el vapor del sol chocando conmigo.

Luego de varios minutos tuvimos un tiempo de hidratación y ¡¡¡booom!!! Todo cambio jajaja me dieron vaaarios vasitos de papelón con limón ¡Muy rico! Y volvió mi alma al cuerpo y lo acompañamos con un pan mega esponjoso de queso muy divino. A Esther le dieron un cachito.

Luego de varias personas compartir sus experiencias y vivencias en la vida, llegó el tiempo de escuchar la reflexión a través de la palabra de Dios. El mensaje fue espectacular a pesar de que el encargado de transmitirla fue un brasileño su mensaje fue muy fluido y especial.

Su principal objetivo fue el de que cada uno de nosotros debemos de establecer metas, objetivos y propósitos y trabajar en esos planes de manera disciplinada y con un enfoque muy centrado. Era algo que ya sabía sin embargo, la manera en que otros la pueden expresar hace que uno se llene de ánimos aún más.

Al finalizar este full day llevé a Esther a un pequeño parquecito que estaba en el sitio pero el sol estaba inclemente, jejeje yo la esperé cerca de un árbol... Pero los niños no miden calor ni sol cuando se trata de jugar y divertirse.

Está sin duda es una experiencia que me gustaría disfrutar nuevamente ☺️

Hello beautiful people, it's a pleasure to share with you my life full of different adventures.

Disconnecting from the day to day is the first step to connect with our purpose and destiny, so I learned again, hehehe this weekend on a little express trip to the Guayana Park located in San Felix.

The invitation came from the church I attend, it would be a morning full of fun and above all food for the soul and heart, I liked the idea and the best thing is that I had the opportunity to take my little girl Esther and share this experience together.

When we arrived, we were asked to make a big circle and there we made different icebreaker dynamics and tried to get to know each other and make friends with each other, Esther was very excited, hahaha really more than me.

As for me, I am not very sun friendly and that day the temperature was too high and it made me a bit irritated. Even though I was under a huge tree of beach grapes I could feel the steam from the sun hitting me.

After several minutes we had a hydration time and boom!!!! Everything changed hahaha they gave me several small glasses of paprika with lemon. And my soul returned to my body and we accompanied it with a mega fluffy cheese bread very divine. Esther got a little piece.

After several people shared their experiences and life experiences, it was time to listen to the reflection through the word of God. The message was spectacular even though the person in charge of transmitting it was a Brazilian, his message was very fluid and special.

His main objective was that each one of us must establish goals, objectives and purposes and work on those plans in a disciplined way and with a very focused approach. It was something I already knew, however, the way others can express it makes one even more encouraged.

At the end of this full day I took Esther to a small park that was on the site but the sun was inclement, hehehe I waited for her near a tree .... But kids don't measure heat or sun when it comes to playing and having fun.

This is definitely an experience I would like to enjoy again ☺️
