Entre mujeres podemos inspirarnos, sanar y crecer -(Spa-Eng)

El tiempo entre mujeres siempre será algo edificante, renovador y motivador.

Así fue el poder compartir este lindo tiempo entre mujeres maravillosas y no, no celebrábamos una fecha especial, solo somos un grupo de mujeres que queríamos compartir entre nosotras y pasar un rato entre mujeres.

Recibí una invitación del grupo de mujeres de la iglesia en la que asisto en el cual me invitaban a una tarde de pícnic, en un lugar muy bonito de mi ciudad donde se encuentra la bandera pintada más grande, la única condición era asistir sin niño, ya que era un momento solo para nosotras y sin pensarlo dos veces me sume a esta gran invitación porque sé lo genial que es estar rodeadas de mujeres que te impulsen y motiven a avanzar.

De más está decir que pasé una tarde-noche maravillosa, el lugar estaba hermosamente decorado, la temática era de flores porque cada una de nosotras somos una flor única, hermosa, con una fragancia propia en el jardín de Dios.

Time among women will always be uplifting, renewing and motivating.

So it was to be able to share this beautiful time among wonderful women and no, we were not celebrating a special date, we are just a group of women who wanted to share with each other and spend some time among women.

I received an invitation from the women's group of the church I attend in which they invited me to a picnic afternoon, in a very nice place in my city where the biggest painted flag is located, the only condition was to attend without a child, since it was a moment just for us and without thinking twice I joined this great invitation because I know how great it is to be surrounded by women who push you and motivate you to move forward.

Needless to say that I had a wonderful evening, the place was beautifully decorated, the theme was flowers because each one of us is a unique, beautiful flower, with its own fragrance in the garden of God.

Me encontré con diversas actividades como cantar, decir afirmaciones positivas, compartir algún hecho importante ocurrido durante la semana, y tuvimos un tiempo muy relajante haciendo brazaletes de identidad en la que juntamos varios colores con significados muy lindos como: abundancia, salud, energía, paz, fuerza, fue un momento muy bonito el hacer este brazalete junto a estas mujeres.

Compartimos momentos de risa, ya que muchas veces por las preocupaciones diarias nos olvidamos de reír, pero reír a carcajadas que duela el estómago y disfrutar esa risa hasta lo más profundo del corazón.

Hicieron varias rondas de dinámicas en la que entregaron premios como agendas, bolígrafos, y varios detalles muy femeninos. Yo no gané nada, jajaja realmente no soy buena para los sorteos jajaja

I met with various activities such as singing, saying positive affirmations, sharing some important event that happened during the week, and we had a very relaxing time making identity bracelets in which we put together several colors with very nice meanings such as: abundance, health, energy, peace, strength, it was a very nice moment to make this bracelet with these women.

We shared moments of laughter, since many times due to daily worries we forget to laugh, but to laugh so hard that it hurts the stomach and enjoy that laughter to the depths of the heart.

They did several rounds of dynamics in which they gave away prizes such as agendas, pens, and various very feminine details. I didn't win anything, hahaha I'm really not good at raffles hahaha.

Los bocadillos siempre van a estar presentes para hacer de las actividades algo más ameno. Comí muchas cositas ricas y postres lindos con el toque femenino que se caracteriza en estas actividades.

Me regalaron un kit de apoyo muy bonito, que incluye varias afirmaciones positivas para esos días en los que los ánimos no están en su mejor momento, al caer la noche sobre nosotras compartimos una enseñanza sobre las rosas en la que decían que cada una portaba espinas que pueden ser hirientes, para la persona que quiere apreciar la belleza de la rosa y a veces como mujeres estamos cargadas de muchas cosas que causan heridas al que quiere apreciar nuestra belleza y aroma.

A veces esas espinas pueden ser ciclos inconclusos en nuestra vida, heridas del pasado, traumas, o duelos que hacen que esas espinas estén filosas en nuestra flor, pero Dios está allí para ayudarnos a sanar y quitar esas espinas.

Snacks will always be present to make the activities more enjoyable. I ate lots of tasty treats and nice desserts with the feminine touch that characterizes these activities.

I was given a very nice support kit, which includes several positive affirmations for those days when the mood is not at its best, at nightfall we shared a teaching about roses in which they said that each one carries thorns that can be hurtful to the person who wants to appreciate the beauty of the rose and sometimes as women we are burdened with many things that cause wounds to the one who wants to appreciate our beauty and aroma.

Sometimes those thorns can be unfinished cycles in our life, wounds from the past, traumas, or duels that make those thorns sharp in our flower, but God is there to help us heal and remove those thorns.

Me pareció una bonita e importante reflexión, como mujeres somos muy sensibles y necesitamos estos espacios para que sanemos esas áreas que están allí sensibles en nosotras y que muchas veces no nos deja sanar o cerrar ciclos y cuando nos abrimos en momentos y encuentros como estos nuestro corazón puede encontrar ese reposo y sanidad que necesitamos.

La pase superbién y como cierre de la actividad, dejamos nuestras huellitas en un corazón lleno de flores y cada una de las mujeres dejó plasmado allí su dedito.

I thought it was a beautiful and important reflection, as women we are very sensitive and we need these spaces to heal those areas that are sensitive in us and that often do not let us heal or close cycles and when we open ourselves in moments and meetings like these our heart can find the rest and healing we need.

I had a great time and to close the activity, we left our little fingerprints on a heart full of flowers and each one of the women left her little finger there.

We enjoyed music to say goodbye to this activity and longed for a next meeting of this type.
