✨ ¡Hola gente bella! ✨
Finalmente, llego el cierre de un año lleno de muchas vivencias al lado de mi familia, así que tener la bendición de cerrar este año junto a ellos es una dicha, y sin duda sentarnos a la mesa y ver ese asiento vacío de mi mamá y mi hermano junto a su esposa y mi sobrino, no deja de doler.
Desde el día anterior estuve preparando la comida que serviría en la mesa para estas personas importantes para mí, en la casa de mis suegros donde celebraríamos la llegada del año nuevo suelen recibir el año cenando, es decir, mientras están todos en la mesa comiendo, se realiza el conteo a través de la radio y así recibimos el año, debo decir que luego de 8 años recibiendo el año de esta forma no me acostumbro aún jajajaja 🫣
En cambio, con mi familia por parte de mi mamá, solemos cenar temprano por amor a los niños🤪 jajaja y es costumbre recibir el nuevo año todos tomados de las manos mientras cada quien da alguna acción de gracias por el año 2023 las cosas buenas, las no tan buenas, y en el conteo regresivo todos a alta voz vamos realizando el llamado al año nuevo y así celebramos.
A pesar de que tenemos diferentes costumbres, solemos tener algo en común y son los buenos deseos para este nuevo año, que estemos todos llenos de salud, fuerza y siempre mantener la fe para afrontar las adversidades que la vida nos pueda enfrentar🙏

Finally, the closing of a year full of many experiences with my family is here, so having the blessing of closing this year with them is a joy, and without a doubt, sitting at the table and seeing that empty seat of my mom and my brother with his wife and my nephew, does not stop hurting.
Since the day before I was preparing the food that would be served at the table for these important people for me, at my in-laws' house where we would celebrate the arrival of the new year they usually receive the year having dinner, that is, while everyone is at the table eating, the countdown is done through the radio and so we receive the year, I must say that after 8 years receiving the year in this way I am still not used to it hahahaha 🫣.
On the other hand, with my family on my mom's side, we usually have dinner early for the love of the children🤪 hahaha and it is customary to receive the new year all holding hands while each one gives some thanksgiving for the year 2023 the good things, the not so good things, and in the countdown we all loudly make the call to the new year and so we celebrate.
Although we have different customs, we usually have something in common and they are the good wishes for this new year, may we all be full of health, strength and always keep the faith to face the adversities that life may confront us🙏
Por su parte las niñas estaban muy contentas, estaban correteando por todo el lugar, sobre todo Esther en compañía de su primo, ellos andaban jugando y sacando juguetes jajaja creo que era la dosis de azúcar que los puso más eléctricos, en cambio, Eliette estuvo muy pegada a mí, solo se despegó ciertos ratos para unirse a la aventura de juegos con su hermana y su primo, pero luego volvía a mí soy una especie de lugar seguro o refugio para ella, ojalá siempre sea así 😜
Al llegar el momento de sentarnos a la mesa, Esther no quería esperar, solo quería comer, incluso dijo que haría la oración de agradecimiento ella porque quería comer rápido jajajaja mi suegra nos acompañó en una foto con los nietos, algo que nos sorprendió porque literal ella odia las fotos no es algo que le guste jajaja así que este es un logro y guardaré muy bien este tesoro fotográfico dentro de la blockchain 🔐
Tuvimos la bendición de tener una cena muy sustanciosa, teníamos ensalada, hallacas, pollo, pan, lasaña, gaseosa, torta, así que le dimos muchas gracias a Dios, por eso, a Jhoan le dieron el día libre en el trabajo y tenerlo con nosotros en la cena me alegro mucho, yo había preparado una pequeña cena en casa para recibirlo porque pensé que no estaría con nosotros así que cenamos doble lo cual fue para mí demasiado rico, amo comer 😍 jajaja, estaba con mi pancita demasiado llena.
For their part the girls were very happy, they were running around all over the place, especially Esther in the company of her cousin, they were playing and taking out toys hahaha I think it was the dose of sugar that made them more electric, on the other hand, Eliette was very attached to me, she only took off certain times to join the adventure of games with her sister and cousin, but then she would come back to me I am a kind of safe place or refuge for her, hopefully it will always be like that 😜
When it was time to sit at the table, Esther didn't want to wait, she just wanted to eat, she even said she would do the thank you prayer herself because she wanted to eat fast hahahaha my mother in law joined us for a picture with the grandchildren, something that surprised us because literally she hates pictures it's not something she likes hahahaha so this is an achievement and I will keep this photographic treasure very well inside the blockchain 🔐
We were blessed to have a very hearty dinner, we had salad, hallacas, chicken, bread, lasagna, soda, cake, so we gave many thanks to God, for that, Jhoan was given the day off work and having him with us for dinner made me very happy, I had prepared a small dinner at home to receive him because I thought he wouldn't be with us so we had double dinner which was for me too rich, I love to eat 😍 hahaha, I was with my tummy too full.
Yo estaba nostálgica porque no estaría mi mamá; sin embargo, celebrábamos que la madre de mi cuñada se reencontraba con ella y sus nietos luego de 5 años fuera del país, así es la vida y como dice una canción que se escuchó mucho durante toda la noche: “Unos van alegres, otros van llorando” 👌🏻
Espero que este año 2024 venga cargado de cosas buenas para cada uno de mis familiares, que la vida nos llene de cosas hermosas y que la bendición de Dios nos abrigue en todo tiempo, y que tengamos más momentos para compartir juntos y felices😇
I was nostalgic because my mother would not be there; however, we celebrated that my sister-in-law's mother was reunited with her and her grandchildren after 5 years out of the country, that's life and as a song that was heard a lot throughout the night says: "Some go happy, others go crying" 👌🏻
I hope that this year 2024 comes loaded with good things for each of my family members, that life fills us with beautiful things and that God's blessing shelters us at all times, and that we have more moments to share together and happy😇.
