Things that consume our money most nowadays.

Happy Monday to everyone here on the hive blockchain platform, it's another blessed day here again hope everyone enjoyed the mother's day celebration with his family members....
I'm here to share my thoughts and experiences on those things that consume our money most nowadays, you see like before when i was just growing up, with 5,000 you can buy food stuffs that will take you up to 3weeks or so but nowadays food are so expensive that even with 20,000 you can't feed well before the ending of the month everyone knows am not lying about this, things are changing and instead of changing for good is getting worsed.
1.The food stuffs: this is really getting people down and totally broke sometimes because of how food stuffs are so expensive this days, I went out yesterday to buy one rubber of rice because my rice got finished. When i get to the shop i asked how much is one rubber of rice and what the woman told me is 9,500 naira, i was just like one rubber ooo not two the woman looked at me and smiled, telling me that things are too cost in the market and that's not her fault. I now told her to give me half rubber which is 4,750.

I asked for rubber of garri which i used to buy for 600 before the woman told me that rubber of garri is 3,500 and they don't laugh with you when they say those things so that you will not end up begging them to reduce the price for you. I asked how much for red Oil,the full container of Oil now is 2,000 half is 1,000 naira.

I don't know about other places oo but here in Lagos that's how they sell things but if you go to some market like etedo market which is in Lekki phase one etedo, you will see that some women might reduce the price for you. I calculated myself and bought what i can buy and left.
2.Fuel price nowadays, actually i don't use to buy fuel so much like that because i am using a prepaid meter which i normally recharge it when is finished,but sometimes you have to buy fuel because not everyday light used to be available, like one litre of fuel now is between 700 or 880 which five liters is approximately 3,500 naira, but as of 2020 fuel liters was from N167. 27. Things are really changing in the country which everyone knows but we pray that God will give us better leadership who can bring all this things back to their normal prices.
3:Buying of clothes, I'm not interested in sharing this with people on the hive but i just wanted to discuss it a little because is also affecting us nowadays, before when it's December time like this we normally hustle just to have even if is 3,000naira or 5,000 naira for Christmas clothes but in this current period you can't buy a shirt with 3,000 naira unless is okrikar wears,but before that 5,000 naira will get you a shirt and trousers to wear but now if you get to the store to buy clothes they'll tell you for just a shirt is almost 8,000naira and above.

which is not everyone that can afford up to that amount and that's why you will end up seeing people complaining that is the Yahoo boys that makes things high and costly all over. But for me oo i will say is the Yahoo boys but is the way the country is moving not yahoo boys because people have been doing well back in those days before yahoo become popular everywhere now, but things are changing from the leadership which us the masses are complaining that is the Yahoo boys. My last pams i bought was 18,000 naira.

,and is better to buy the original ones than buying the ones that will end up not lasting up to a month.
4: Medication, well i will not say much on this but clinic bills of nowadays are also costly than before, with 150 naira before you can get paracetamol and even with some mixture untop but nowadays they'll tell you for one pack of paracetamol is almost 300 naira.

ampiclous red and black cover for one now is almost 200 naira i bought it earlier.

So things are really changing which we have to pray for our leadership if not you can't save anything when you are receiving a salary of 35,000 naira or 40,000 naira because you will have to buy food stuffs,pay some bills and also take care of yourself. But that'll not stop us from working hard always, we'll continue as usual and with time things will come back to his normal price tags.
The last thing i will share is also transportation,yes because of the cost of fuel even the drivers on the road increased the price of traveling from one place to another, saying is not their fault and it's true if they don't calculate how to make profit from the little fuel they buy, they'll end up losing on the road and maybe they're into higher purchase or someone gave you the car or ride for everyday balance which if you can't meet up to that amount then definitely they will collect the car or bike from you.
We the masses can change the current situation of the country now with just a word to our leaders if you are giving that opportunity,but we don't have the chance to speak for our rights that's it. But with time and prayers God will see us through in Jesus name.
