Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Conclave Arcana Rewards (ENG/ITA)

The announcement has finally arrived, the Rewards cards from the new Conclave Arcana edition are here, you can read the official announcement here, keeping in mind, as stated at the beginning of the post, that there may be minor adjustments along the way, meaning the team reserves the right to make small tweaks during the distribution of the new cards.

For those who may not know, the Rewards cards are prizes for players who win various battles in the Modern and Wild formats, and for each victory, they earn Glint tokens, which can then be spent in various ways in Gwen's Glint Shop.

This is a great opportunity for players, as it represents a way to obtain new cards without spending their own funds, but by using the Glint earned through victories.

Those who experienced the previous edition, Rebellion, know that there were various Rarity Draws, Gold Foil Rarity Draws, and Loot Chests, so players can choose how much to spend with the certainty of obtaining a card of a specific rarity, unlike the packs or rewards from the Chaos Legion and earlier editions, where everything was left to chance.

The new Conclave Arcana Rewards system will introduce 43 new cards to the platform, including 12 common, 12 rare, 7 epic, and 12 legendary cards, and the standard format of these cards will be Soulbound, meaning they are tied to your account and cannot be sold or rented, unless you purchase Unbinding Scrolls (another new feature), which allow you to “unbind” your Soulbound copies and freely trade them on the market.

These new Unbinding Scrolls can be obtained by purchasing them with DEC, trading them on the market, producing them on Land, or finding them in Loot Chests.

The Gold Rarity Draws section within the Glint Shop will be completely removed, and regular draws will have a base 1% chance of being in gold foil.

Another new addition will be a lottery to win Rewards cards in the new Black Foil and Arcane formats, which are extremely rare and highly valued on the card market.

To participate in the weekly Fortune Draw, players must first obtain a Fortune Draw Pass, which costs 125 DEC per week and must be purchased by a Spellbook owner. Players can also buy passes in advance for multiple weeks, up to a maximum of 53. After obtaining the pass, players earn entries for the draw mainly by winning five ranked battles (Modern or Wild); this can be done up to three times per day. Other ways to obtain entries include finding them in Loot Chests or purchasing them from the Glint Shop.

A crucial factor in the number of entries earned is the amount of SPS Staked (the total SPS owned or delegated to the player). After winning the five ranked battles, the actual number of entries received depends on the lower of two values: the base number determined by your League and the maximum cap imposed by your total SPS Staked. For example, if your League would grant you 12 entries but your SPS staked allows a maximum of 8 entries, you will receive only 8. Players with less than 2,500 SPS Staked will not earn entries from ranked wins, and the game will display a notification indicating whether a player is approaching the SPS limit.

Anyone who thinks these rewards cards are weaker or less important than standard cards is completely mistaken!

We already had proof of that in the Rebellion edition: cards like Halfling Refugee, Kha'zi Conjurer, Night Reaper, and Olivia of The Brook became cornerstones of that set, turning into some of the most used monsters on the battlefield.

For example, I almost always use Halfling Refugee as a Tank in low Mana Cap battles or in rulesets like Little League, because it offers good melee attack combined with decent defensive stats, all for just 1 mana, although it comes with the Weary debuff, which fortunately isn’t among the worst.

Finalmente l'annuncio è arrivato, sono arrivate le carte Rewards della nuova edizione Conclave Arcana, potete leggere l'annuncio ufficiale quì, tenendo presente, come dice ad inizio post, che potrebbe esserci dei cambiamenti minori in corsa d'opera, ovvero lo staff si riserva di fare degli aggiustamenti durante la distribuzione delle nuove carte.

Per chi non lo sapesse, infatti, la carte Rewards rappresentano dei premi per chi gioca varie partite nei formati Modern e Wild, e quindi, ad ogni vittoria , conquista dei token Glint, che poi può spendere in vario modo, nel Gwen's Glint Shop.

Questa è una grande occasione per i giocatori, perchè rappresenta un modo per ottenere nuove carte, senza spendere propri fondi, ma utilizzando i Glint ottenuti con le proprie vittorie.

Chi ha già vissuto l'edizione precedente, ovvero la Rebellion, sa che c'erano varie Rarity Draws , Gold Foil Rarity Draws e Loot Chests: quindi , si può scegliere consapevolmente, quanto spendere con la sicurezza di trovare una carta di quella determinata rarità, a differenza dei pacchetti o delle rewards ai tempi dell'edizione Chaos Legion e precedenti, in cui tutto era dettato dal caso.

Il nuovo sistema di Rewards Conclave Arcana, porterà 43 nuove carte sulle piattaforma, di cui 12 comuni, 12 rare, 7 epiche e 12 leggendarie, e il formato standard di queste carte saranno Soulbound, ovvero legate al vostro account e non vendibili o affittabili, a meno di comprare degli Unbinding Scrolls (altra novità), con cui poter "slegare" le vostre copie soulbound, e così poterle mettere liberamente sul mercato.

Per trovare questi nuovi Unbinding Scrolls, si possono acquistare con i DEC, sono scambiabili sul mercato, si possono produrre sulle Land, oppure si possono trovare nei Loot Chests.

La sezione, all'interno del Glint Shop, delle Gold Rarity Draws, verrà completamente eliminata, e le normali draws avranno una possibilità di base del 1% di essere in formato oro.

Un'altra novità introdotta sarà una lotteria per vincere le carte Rewards nei nuovi formati Black Foil e Arcane, che sono molto rare e ricercati ad alti prezzi sul mercato della carte.

Per partecipare all'estrazione settimanale Fortune Draw, i giocatori devono prima ottenere un Fortune Draw Pass, che costa 125 DEC a settimana e deve essere acquistato da un possessore di Spellbook. I giocatori possono anche acquistare in anticipo i pass per più settimane, fino a un massimo di 53. Chi pensa che queste carte rewards siano più deboli o meno importanti delle classiche carte standard si sbaglia di grosso!

Ne abbiamo avuto prova nell'edizione Rebellion: carte come Halfling Refugee, Kha'zi Conjurer, Night Reaper, Olivia of The Brook, hanno rappresentato dei caposaldi per quella edizione di carte, diventando alcuni tra i mostri più gettonati in campo.

Io, per esempio, sono solito usare, quasi in maniera fissa, Halfling Refugee in posizione Tank, nelle sfide con basso Mana Cap o con rulesets come Little League, perchè mi offre un buon attacco melee, unito a delle buone stats difensive, al solo costo di 1 mana, purtroppo portandosi con sè la debilitation Weary, che comunque non è tra le peggiori.

Sono veramente entusiasta di vedere le nuove carte, e sono sicuro che ci saranno un paio di mostri che saranno dei veri e propri game changer, da non farsi scappare !
