At exactly 06.00 in the morning, I have prepared everything for this Sunday. Sunday for me is a difficult day because on that day there are no learning and teaching activities at school forced to earn money I had to pedal all day long.

My preparations started at 04.00 in the morning and ended at 06.00 in the morning. There was only one thing I hadn't done namely breakfast. For the breakfast menu I usually buy it yesterday. If I want to eat it I have to reheat it.

Because yesterday I didn't buy food for today I was forced to look for food for breakfast this morning. Actually there are many menu choices for this morning but as a migrant I have to look for food that is cheap but safe for my stomach.

After I showered my thoughts were on my good friend and never set a price on me. My friend is a seller of yellow rice on the side of the road. When I approached him, I only said one word to him and my friend understood what I meant.

The two of us have been friends for a long time, it's just that I rarely buy it because I already cook my own rice.

Is it strange that one word from me and why doesn't my friend ask me what I use for breakfast? Yellow rice is a simple rice menu without green vegetables, so it's impossible for me to ask him for vegetables or side dishes.

The price is very cheap, only 5000 IDR can fill my stomach and what makes me surprised is that the price has not changed.

The myth that when I was little, yellow rice was that rice was an antidote to black magic, but as I grew up, the yellow rice menu became an antidote to my hungry stomach and an antidote to my waste this morning when there was no income in my wallet.

What is my advice, do you want to save money but stay healthy? I think this is the solution because it's not just yellow rice on my plate but there are crackers, slices of fried egg that are ready to slide into my stomach 🤭🤣
