RE: The Buy, Borrow, Die Strategy | Creating Long-Term Wealth With Crypto

Can you tell us some more about these vaults where you deploy BTC and take loans against it? Is this possible with small amounts?

We've been unlucky with real estate investments. We've struggled to find decent managers and, latterly, have struggled to make a monthly yield on rent. The perks offered by the government have slowly been eroded over the years (UK) and more requirements are coming. Many small landlords are getting or have gotten out.

My plan to make income from Splinterlands is currently in tatters. I'm hoping against hope that that turns around.

I believe the minimums are a bit on the higher side for BTC. I namely use MakerDAO and have been for years. The minimum there is a few thousand $$ if I remember correctly.

Thorchain recently introduced lending with much smaller amounts.

I know splinterlands has undergone a lot of changes recently. Seems like things are on the up and up so I am hopeful for your position there.

LEO is a big one for me. I explained it a bit in the post but Maya's team is building lending and LEO will be a usable asset in it. So you'll be able to earn LEO yield on inleo.io and use that to collateralize for loans on https://leodex.io

You earn yield by depositing LEO and CACAO into the LEO-CACAO Liquidity Pool

That's great, is there a minimum amount...

Nope I don't think so. Just an amount that can reasonably cover the cost of fees and what-not. Fees are very low on arbitrum and Maya

I'd say anywhere north of $25 would be feasible IMHO
