‎People say I'm cute, kind, Caring, playful and loving, some say I'm indifferent and rude. Well, they are all true. My point, everyone has their good and bad side😁

‎My name is Maigida Mercy Eleojo popularly known as your demon by my online friends and Gida by my Homies. I was introduced to Hive by my friend @joshel who connected me to my Tutor, @ovey10. I must say, you are really a good tutor sir.

MY FAMILY

‎I'm from a family of 5, my mum, dad my 2 sisters and I. I'm 25years old, patience is 24 years old while my Grace is 19. I'm from Benue State. My day is a Civil Servant and my mom is a business woman. My mom actually got pregnant immediately she gave birth to me, she didn't allow me breastfeed well🤣.

(My Mom)

My sisters alone give me headache and they are also the sweetest I could ever ask for especially our last born. She's actually my favorite (please don't tell Patt I said this). We call our mom drama Queen.

(My Siblings)

I remember a time my mom got sick, the whole house was quiet and we prayed for her to quickly recover cause missed her troubles and we are always happy when she travels because we do our chores in the afternoon. I won't say my mom is my favourite, every parent has his/her responsibility to play in the life of every child. My parents tried their best to ensure we lacked nothing. My mom taught me how to make hair and how to cook at the age of 7. She is the world best and annoying mom ever and I love her, except her troubles.

MY SCHOOL JOURNEY

‎I graduated from Benue State University and bagged a B.Sc in Accounting. In my 100 level, I stayed with my mom's brother for a semester before he moved to Lagos. 100 level, I met my friends turned family, they had my back through my saddest moments and happy moments. Getting to know them is the best I would say my school has ever given me. We did practically everything together especially cooking and gisting around 2am and still wake up early for lectures.

IMG-20250928-WA0006.jpg

‎My school gave me family instead of friends though I hate them whenever they start being picky for me on who to date and I would tell you guys, they never liked my Exs due to one reason or the other.

‎I tried to work in school to help myself with little bills but it didn't work out cause my dad never allowed me work which kind of affected me somehow because of his availability. It's not wrong but I wanted to have a money of my own, be happy whenever I spend it because I EARNED IT. It never happened anyways. I'm not as brilliant as my friends but I made sure to put in my all (with sleep of course) and I graduated... Yeepeeee!!! (not with flying colours), I scaled through.

MY HOBBIES

Badminton: I learnt badminton when I was in camp. It became one of the things that keeps my mind off things and it relieves me of stress. I was trained by a professional after camp, I won't say I'm perfect but I am getting there and I love playing.

IMG-20250928-WA0003.jpg

Modelling: Modelling is one of the things I love doing. Sometimes, I find myself wearing heels in the house just because I want to get used to walking with it. During my school days, I modelled for 2 fashion houses.

IMG-20250928-WA0014.jpg

My best friend introduced me to these gigs because she's also a model and an agent. I so much love what I do that I apply for every single advert I see on modelling, tried applying to work under any agency in Abuja and Benue but it always turned negative. I've not given up and I would never give up.

IMG-20250928-WA0016.jpg

Eating: Yesssssss! Eating is my hobby. Though I'm not chubby, I eat a lot! I mean, who doesn't love good food🥰. Don't let my stature deceive you, I loveeee fooodddddd. People find it hard to believe

IMG-20250928-WA0013.jpg

Sleeping: My friends and mom always say I will be kidnapped and still be sleeping. That's how much I love my sleep (in the afternoon though). I'm a night crawler. I sleep by 4am-5am and still wake up early for work.
There was a time I slept for almost 5hours in the afternoon (if not more), my friends had to wake me.🤣

Cooking: My mom says, as you love eating, you must know how to cook if not who will do the cooking, I said my husband and she was pissed. I'm not at the professional level but am trying my best to defend my eating whenever I get attacked. Lol!!!

Reading Novels: I love reading novels and I write too but not often. I hope to share some of my short stories with you all soon. I love reading horror, fanfics, Romance, comedy, mystery and action. My favorite is Romance (I'm a lover girl).

MY HANDWORK

‎I'm a nail technician and a hair stylist. I learnt immediately I signed out of school. I saved to learn and then my dad later supported me which is one of the best decisions I've made so far. learning how to fix nails and design is one of the most difficult handcraft to learn for a person that doesn't know how to draw. Lol.

IMG-20250928-WA0010.jpg

‎I never gave up, my friends encouraged me and made me use them as my muse, my boss was one of the most patient boss ever, she never scolded me but instead, she encouraged me and appreciated me whenever I do something right. My best friends stood my me. I got some of my equipments and started fixing for people, I wasn't known though, I fix for my friends.
‎When I travelled back home, my mom and friend encouraged me to start going to the shop instead of just staying at home because it was festive period, I yielded to their advice and it turned out to be one of the best month in my entire life because for the second time!! I made up to 50,000 naira from my handwork but it didn't last for long. service called and I had to answer the Clarion call.

MY NYSC DAYS

‎I was posted to Adamawa, one of the northern states in Nigeria for my service. My mom was scared because of the crisis happening in the northern states and wanted me to redeploy but I insisted on Adamawa, My dad had no issues with it.
‎Adamawa made it the 10th state I've been to in Nigeria.

IMG-20250928-WA0011.jpg

‎When I entered camp, I was a lone wolf. Going to the kitchen alone, taking my bath alone, lectures and eating too. I was Very observant. Though I made friends with my bunk mates but I got isolated so I decided to move on my own until I had Stephanie in my life, everything changed. We were practically twins because we look alike, same hairstyle, playful, full of vibes, height, stature and walking step🤣 we confused our enemies, lol. I Remember how we started talking, she was also standing alone so I decided to approach her and since then, we did things together but she relocated after camp.

‎After camp was hectic, PPA (Place of Primary Assignment) stress and all. I was stranded for a month without a place to stay, church became my dwelling place until my uncle connected me to his friend who later got me a place to stay. I worked as a finance assistant in an NGO where I later met 2 sweet souls.

IMG-20250928-WA0000.jpg
The friends from NGO

You'd think I have money just because I worked in an NGO but NO! Local NGO's don't pay.

‎I hardly have friends but when I do, I cherish them. I met Ndip and Rebecca during community service (NYSC program). They became my homies within few months but it was cut short because we all had to go home.

I put my skills to good use in Adamawa. I advertised my work, got customers and I got connected to my boss through a friend. I worked for him and got paid. My Christmas was perfect because I was working and earning enough to send home and also feed myself and help my tribal brother whom later came to the compound. Ben stressed my life but he didn't know I'm called trouble until I started tormenting his sleep, calling his name and not saying a word. He always gets frustrated by me. Lol.

My journey in Adamawa came to an end in February 2025. I would have love to say more about how my life is going right now but I'd want to keep you glued to my Dashboard so stay glued🥰.

Thanks for reading!!! Greetings!!
