The family vacation was going smoothly—until someone realized they’d booked the Airbnb for the wrong week.

They had no other choice, so they decided to spend the night in the car, parked in front of the wrong house. At midnight, a light came. Everyone was asleep, except the youngest daughter, who saw a figure at the window: a boy with rolling eyes, beckoning her to come in.

The next morning, the front door was ajar. The father decided to come in. He never came out. The police found no trace. Not even the man. Nor of the family that occupied the house.

Just a note on a table:
"There's always room for one more."

The reservation was for that week. It just wasn't for them.
