Yep, I believe you! It looks really delicious and makes my mouth water!
My girlfriend and I regularly go to Japanese buffets. We love it.
But we'd also like to try eating at a real sushi master's one day. At the moment, we can't afford it.
So for the time being, we make do with all-you-can-eat Japanese buffets, and we're fine with that! Some aren't as good as others, but we go for the ones with a good reputation, and we also try to look at the suppliers of the restaurants we go to.
