My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2025

This is the fourth jogging outing that we are doing with @altheana. It was much more difficult than the last 3 sessions.

And there are two reasons for that:

  • We ate a little too much and drank a bit of alcohol last night.
  • Today the weather is very stormy and so it's very heavy.

That said, we keep the same rhythm, namely:

  • 1 minute of jogging.
  • 2 minutes of walking.
  • x8

And today, we went on foot to our jogging place because we had more time ahead of us. Which added a bit more time outside.

It is interesting to note that even if the session seemed more complicated than the other days, my BPM was clearly lower.

Maybe my body is already starting to get used to it. For @altheana it was also a bit better.

In a week, we will be able to double the running time in order to increase the difficulty and to progress.

C’est la quatrième sortie footing que nous faisons avec @altheana. Ce matin, ça a été beaucoup plus difficile que les 3 dernières séances.

Et il y a deux raisons à ça :

  • Nous avons un peu trop mangé et un peu bu d’alcool hier soir.
  • Aujourd'hui il fait un temps très orageux et il fait donc très lourd.

Cela dit, nous gardon le même rythme à savoir :

  • 1 minutes de footing.
  • 2 minutes de marche.
  • x8

Et aujourd'hui, nous sommes allé à pied à notre lieu de footing car nous avions plus de temps devant nous. Ce qui nous a rajouté un peu plus de temps en extérieur.

Il est intéressant de noter que même si la séance m’a paru plus compliquée que les autres jours, mon BPM était nettement plus bas.

Peut-être que mon corps commence déjà à s’habituer. Pour @altheana aussi c’était un peu mieux.

Dans une semaine, nous pourrons doubler le temps de course afin d’augmenter la difficulté et de progresser.
