This is a new discovery

What used to sound good when listening to old songs doesn't sound good when listening to today's songs. Old music used to be interesting.
70's, 80's, and 90's had some great song writers. Even in the early 2000's, music from too many mainstream artists now is almost generic. There are a few exceptions because there are always brilliant musicians and writers out there!
Interesting departure from punk, but they are all catchy bands! I'm not all that familiar with a lot of them as I was working a lot in the early part of the decade and had a young kid in the last half. I really like Hot, Hot, Hot, nice and catchy, fun to listen to. The first one I liked his Elvis kind of look, they have a great sound. You're catching me up on a lot of stuff I just plain missed!

I really love Hot Hot Heats 2002 hit “Bandages”. Check it out 👍
That one definitely got mainstream play in 2002/2003. Even though they were on indie label Sub Pop (the label the first Nirvana & Soundgarden were released on before those bands went to major labels) Super catchy tune!
Next week I’m going punk rock! Our boy tengolotodo can’t have all the punk fun! 😄
Booming my buddies up with a TTT HSBI Tip!
