The Mid-Week Market Post! 📊 Talking Bitcoin On This Wednesday Night!
With Hive interaction slowing, I’m not going to record a vlog daily anymore and will do mid week check in more focused on one item going forward. I’ll do my Week-End Market Vlog once a week still to go over the week prior but during week I’ll be keeping it text and do a specific topic.
Back in December I said I was 70/30 % sure Bitcoin had topped in October at 126K, many disagreed and I did hold out there was a chance we could have one more leg up. That said I said if no sign of it by February 1st and if we see 70K around same time than I’m moving to 100% the top for cycle was exactly where it always is, last quarter the year after having! It topped around $1200 in 2013, 20K in 20-7, 69K in 2021 & now 126K in 2025. Twice in November, once in December & now once in October. Each time making a new All Time High.
As much as I see pointless negative attitude for Bitcoin from many on Hive which has never made sense to me, the most nonsensical takes I’m seeing right now and past months is the Bitcoin podcast community, who all literally all claim the Bitcoin 4 year cycle is dead and 2026 will bring new ATH’s. This is ridiculous & no evidence backed take. I’m team Bitcoin but it showed no sign of the 4 year cycle breaking at all. Every time we grow to a bigger cap, the growth % wise slows. This is because it’s a lot easier to get something to double when it’s a million total cap or billion total cap than trillion of trillions. The top for this cycle was always going to be not more than double or so the 69K high in 2021, and next one in 2029 will likely follow same path. The Bitcoin cycle is strongly still here as we retreated from a top of 69K and touched 15K as the bear low last cycle, we will go below 50K this year or next year and I’d bet 40K is possible but definitely as we at 63K are 50% down and we are only 7K away, the 70% plus move is not dead I’d bet.
We are only a few months past the All Time High & already almost 50% from it. Bitcoin is heading to 40K - 50K area minimum to bottom. The one thing that did change this past cycle is alt coins not blindly following bitcoin to new ATH’s, something Bitcoin maxis would of celebrated in past but the vocal ones are just obsessed with price and falsely believing the 4 year cycle is dead, it’s not! Not for Bitcoin anyway!
Ouch, someone shortchanged my BTC value.
It still looks nice on my Asset side of my Balance sheet.

BTC was bound to drop down once the bull market ended, and that ended a while ago. It will rebound eventually, but I think the 4 year cycle is probably gone. With the institutions getting in with ETFs, I don't think it will follow that exact cycle anymore.
It has every step so far, followed the 4 year cycle structure, people said same thing when the futures were introduced in 2018, Same in 2021 when we broke trillion market cap, and in 2025 due to ETF’s but we still followed it exactly. they said we won’t go down as much and volatility will calm, we than went from 70K to 15K in a year. I’d bet the farm we definitely see the same moves, only thing I could see moving is timing, but reduction of volatility or cycle structure ending, I’ll believe it when it stops following it exactly & brilliantly. We are down over 40% in just 4 months, I definitely don’t see the best bottom in late 2026 or 2027 being higher then we saw last time by any significant %. 50K will be touched next 18 months. We are more than halfway there in 110 days so far.
