Hive. Literally on this platform. If you have stake, you get plenty of rewards from those ego to vote just to get it in return. This model doesn’t support rewarding high quality content, it’s just the truth. It can, but it’s not the standard. We have 75% of accounts who buy upvotes through delegation services who trade delegation for daily upvotes & Leo just sells them flat out via a monthly subscription which promises votes in far excess of the subscription cost for same period. You are correct about the quality stuff, but he’s totally right about overall it has nothing to do with support or rewards. Most accounts comment on big stake accounts posts to hopefully get a big vote, just look at hurt lockers posts, he upvotes almost all replies so low quality accounts spend extra minute making a non spam comment to get it voted. It’s games & more games here. I suppose the model attracts this behavior, we will never have a system here where rewards have most to do with who’s posting, not if it’s high effort or mailed in post. Smaller accounts keeping KE in below 1 order don’t even make a dent compared to the big players sucking out value. I gave up on that after years of believing we could. I’ll always love my time here since 2017, but it’s just the truth nothing is changing and devs keep shouting ridiculous fiction like how HBD will be the most used stable coin & even be the token used in bitcoins network, a funded by DHF dev said this at most recent hive fest, it’s beyond ridiculous. It’s such a disconnect from reality and people benefiting from DHF waste, but that’s another topic all together.
