SMASh 286 - Show Me A Shadow Round 286 - The Keys To Heaven

Hello Shadow Hunters. Join me in welcoming Round 286 of the SMASh or Show Me A Shadow Contest hosted by @melinda010100. Read the contest post with the rules here for those who still do not know about this awesome challenge. Hopefully, you can join us in the fun of Shadow hunting.

I was walking towards the office one sunny morning when I passed by the San Pedro Cathedral. It's the biggest Catholic Church in our city and is also where the archbishop of our city stays and holds office. I was walking along the sidewalk when I noticed that the church's iron fence was casting a beautiful shadow, long and bright and crisp. As a true blooded SMASher I immediately took some photos, waiting at times for the sidewalk to be clear of pedestrians.

I noticed that the iron fence had a special design. It is of two keys crossing each other. And then I suddenly realized this was specifically chosen by whoever made this for this church. You see San Pedro is Spanish for St. Peter. And as we know Jesus gave the keys to the kingdom of heaven to St. Peter. (See Matthew 16:19).
