La colección de imanes de nevera de mi casa / The fridge magnet collection of my house

Saludos hivers y bienvenidos a mi blog. Una vez más me estoy uniendo a este nuevo reto mensual de colecciones propuesto por @mipiano, a quien agradezco por siempre sugerir temas divertidos para compartir aquí en esta comunidad, en esta ocasión, los elegidos son los imanes de nevera.

Hello hivers and welcome to my blog. Once again I'm joining this new monthly collection challenge proposed by @mipiano, whom I thank for always suggesting fun topics to share here in this community, on this occasion, the chosen ones are refrigerator magnets.

Los imanes de nevera son uno de los recuerdos o souvenirs más populares al momento de pensar en traer un regalo para un familiar o amigo, son pequeños, por lo que no ocupan mucho espacio en nuestro equipaje, por lo general son bastante económicos comparados con otro tipo de souvenir, y a todos les gustan porque no hay nevera que no tenga aunque sea uno pegado en la puerta.

Fridge magnets are one of the most popular souvenirs when thinking about bringing a gift for a family member or friend, yhey are small, so they don't take up much space in our luggage, they are generally quite inexpensive compared to other type of souvenir, and everyone likes them because there is no refrigerator that doesn't have even one stuck on the door.

Creo que no hay mucho que indagar sobre los imanes de nevera, aparte de que se ven bonitos y sirven para sostener notas, fotos y demás cosas jajaja, así que procederé a mostrarles los que adornan la nevera de mi casa.

I don't think there's much to know about refrigerator magnets, other than that they look pretty and are used to hold notes, photos and other things hahaha, so I'll proceed to show you the ones that adorn the refrigerator of my home.

Un poquito de sol para secarse 🌞. Para que una sesión de fotos quede bonita los modelos deben estar limpios y presentables así que algunos de estos imanes tuvieron que pasar por un ligero bañito 🧽🧼🚿😂, sí, lo hice otra vez 🤭🤭🤷🏻‍♀️ / A little sun to dry off 🌞. For a photo shoot to look beautiful, the models must be clean and presentable so some of these magnets had to go through a light bath 🧼🧽🚿😂, yes, I did it again 🤭🤭🤷🏻‍♀️

De Venezuela: la mayoría de la gente no suele tener souvenirs del país donde vive jajaja, la verdad es que no se por qué 🤔, pero en mi casa sí tenemos algunos jajaja.

From Venezuela: most people don't usually have souvenirs from the country where they live hahaha, the truth is that I don't know why 🤔, but in my house we do have some hahaha.

Estos pequeños imanes venían como obsequios coleccionables en las cajas de cereal, traen a los personajes de la película animada de Tim Burton, El cadáver de la novia, no recuerdo de cuántas piezas era la colección pero estos son los que logré reunir / These little magnets came as collectible gifts on cereal boxes, they feature the characters from Tim Burton's animated film Corpse Bride, I don't remember how many pieces the collection was but these are the ones I managed to put together

Estos imanes en forma de hallaca, uno de los típicos platos navideños de Venezuela, me los regalaron unas amigas artesanas que hacen muñequitos y varias cosas con hilo y alambre, bueno, en realidad me regalaron uno a mi y uno a mi hermana / These hallaca-shaped magnets (one of the typical Venezuelan Christmas dishes), were given to me by some artisan friends who make dolls and various things with thread and wire, well, actually they gave one to me and one to my sister

Este lindo tucán de madera lo compró mi hermana cuando visitó el estado de Amazonas al sur de Venezuela / This cute wooden toucan was bought by my sister when she visited the state of Amazonas in southern Venezuela

Este lindo barco lo compré en la conocida como "La perla del Caribe", la Isla de Margarita, uno de los lugares más hermosos y visitados de Venezuela, tanto por turistas de aquí como del extranjero, la etiqueta se rompió hace tiempo por la mitad así que solo se lee Margarita 🤷🏻‍♀️, por cierto, antes de zarpar para este post esas velas pasaron por la lavandería 🧽🧼🚿🤭 / I bought this cute boat in what is known as "The Pearl of the Caribbean", Margarita Island, one of the most beautiful and visited places in Venezuela, both by tourists from here and from abroad, the label was torn in half a long time ago so only the word Margarita remains 🤷🏻‍♀️, by the way, before setting sail for this post those sails went through the laundry 🧽🧼🚿🤭

De viajes de mi hermana: mi hermana, @sofathana, ha viajado a varios países, aunque a ella no le gusta mucho comprar souvenirs jajaja, trajo unos de recuerdo de algunos de los países que ha visitado.

Este timón se cayó una vez porque se le despegó el imán 🤷🏻‍♀️, curiosamente sólo se le partieron las pequeñas partes del timón que no se cómo se llaman jajaja, pegué dos, las otras no las conseguí / This rudder fell once because the magnet came off 🤷🏻‍♀️, curiously only the small parts of the rudder broke, which I don't know what they are called hahaha, I glued two, I didn't get the others

Regalos: así como hemos comprado imanes de nevera para regalarlos a familiares y amigos, también los hemos recibido de regalo. Estos tres son regalos de una prima.

Este me lo regaló otra prima / This was given to me by another cousin

De mis viajes: si bien he ido a muchos lugares, no en todos he comprado imanes jajaja, ya sea porque no había o porque no me gustó ninguno. Aquí los que tengo.

From my trips: Although I have gone to many places, I have not bought magnets in all of them hahaha, either because there were none or because I didn't like any. Here are the ones I have.

Estos tres los compré cuando viaje a Grecia a disfrutar mis vacaciones y también a visitar a muchos de mis familiares, (mis padres son griegos así que casi todos viven allá). Compré muchos imanes, souvenirs y otras cosas para regalárselos a mis amigos y compañeros de trabajo, estos tres me sobraron así que me los quedé jajaja 🤷🏻‍♀️. Tienen lindos detalles de los hermosos y típicos paisajes griegos 🇬🇷😻.

I bought these three when I traveled to Greece to enjoy my vacation and also to visit many of my relatives (my parents are Greek so almost everyone lives there). I bought a lot of magnets, souvenirs and other things to give to my friends and coworkers, I had leftovers these three so I kept them hahaha. They have nice details of the beautiful and typical Greek landscapes 🇬🇷😻.

No podía faltar un imán de la bandera griega y uno con la frase de algún filósofo de la antigua Grecia, "No nací para odiar sino para amar" (Sófocles), esta en particular me gustó mucho así que lo compré / I couldn't miss a magnet of the Greek flag and one with the phrase of some philosopher from ancient Greece, I really liked this one in particular so I bought it

Un simpático imán en forma de franela que compré cuando estuve en Chile / A nice flannel-shaped magnet that I bought when I was in Chile

Este lindo gatito venía de obsequio adentro de la bolsa de comida Friskies para gatos, la colección traía gatitos de diferentes colores, no recuerdo por qué no compré más bolsas 🤔, eso fue hace bastante tiempo, seguramente porque se acabó la promoción o porque a la gata que teníamos en esa época no le gustó mucho esa comida jajaja. Como les comenté al principio, este pequeño amiguito tuvo que ser bañado para poder posar para esta publicación porque tenía mucho polvo jajaja 😬🥴🤷🏻‍♀️. Tiene imanes en sus cuatro patas.

This cute kitten came as a gift inside the bag of Friskies cat food, the collection came with kittens of different colors, I don't remember why I didn't buy more bags 🤔, that was a long time ago, it was probably because the promotion ran out or because our cat didn't really like that food hahaha. As I told you at the beginning, this little friend had to be bathed to be able to pose for this post because he was very dusty hahaha 😬🥴🤷🏻‍♀️. It has magnets on its four legs.

Por cierto, en estas dos últimas fotos no aparece el timón porque adivinen que, se volvió a caer y se le rompieron tres de las piezas pequeñas 🥴🤦🏻‍♀️ jajaja así que lo había puesto en otra parte para que se pegara bien, una caída más y ya no será timón, será un simple cuadro jajaja 🤷🏻‍♀️ / By the way, in these last two photos the rudder doesn't appear because guess what, it fell again and three of the small pieces broke 🥴🤦🏻‍♀️ hahaha so I had put it somewhere else so that it would stick well, one more fall and it will no longer be a rudder, it will be a simple painting hahaha 🤷🏻‍♀️

Si bien los imanes son una buena manera de recordar nuestros viajes y paseos, no todos están relacionados a la parte turística puesto que también los hay de motivos muy diferentes como habrán podido ver en esta publicación. Aparte de eso sirven para dejarle pegada en la nevera alguna nota a alguien de nuestra familia y también para sostener fotos, dibujos y hasta dinero jajaja.

Although magnets are a good way to remember our trips and walks, not all of them are related to travel or the tourist part since there are also magnets that have nothing to do with that as you may have seen in this post. Apart from that, they serve to leave a note stuck on the refrigerator to someone in our family and also to hold photos, drawings and even money hahaha.

Una nevera sin imanes pegados sobre ella es una nevera aburrida y sin historias ni memorias jajaja, en cambio una nevera llena de imanes que sostienen fotos y recuerdos se puede convertir hasta en una buena excusa para iniciar una interesante conversación con los invitados 😉. A refrigerator without magnets stuck on it is a boring refrigerator without stories or memories hahaha, on the other hand, a refrigerator full of magnets that hold photos and memories can even become a good excuse to start an interesting conversation with guests 😉.
