Saludos hivers. Hace rato estaba lloviendo bastante y ahora salió un sol picante 🥵 jajaja, es lo que acostumbra a hacer el clima con nosotros en esta época del año aquí en la ciudad donde vivo (La Victoria). Probablemente más tarde vuelva a llover y así vamos. Estos contrastes me hicieron pensar en publicar algo en blanco y negro así que traje estas fotos variadas para compartir.

Hello hivers. It was raining quite a bit a while ago, and now the sun came out brightly 🥵 hahaha, that's what the weather usually does to us this time of year here in the city where I live (La Victoria). It'll probably rain again later, and that's how it goes. These contrasts made me think about posting something in black and white, so I brought these varied photos to share.

Ya sean los elementos de una decoración navideña que aún permanecen en un espacio público porque simplemente se les olvidó quitarla, o una bicicleta que alguien dejó por unos minutos mientras es atendido en un centro médico, la variedad de fotos que podemos encontrar en una ciudad es tan extensa como impredecible, aunque la mayoría de este grupo de fotos que hoy les presento podría decir que son bastante estáticas.

Whether it's elements of a Christmas decoration still in a public space because someone simply forgot to take it down, or a bicycle that someone left for a few minutes while receiving care at a medical center, the variety of photos we can find in a city is as extensive as it is unpredictable, although most of this group of photos that I show you today are quite static.

Tal como les decía, la lluvia no tardó en llegar y nuevamente el cielo se puso gris y empezó a llover otra vez 🌧️🥴 jajaja. Entre estas fotos incluí algunos edificios o construcciones que hacen contraste con la naturaleza que los rodea.

As I was saying, the rain didn't take long to arrive, and the sky turned gray one more time, and it started to rain again 🌧️🥴 hahaha. Among these photos, I included some buildings or constructions that contrast with the surrounding nature.

Por último, dos iconos de la ciudad, la iglesia principal, una edificación que tiene más de 200 años, y el teatro, que aunque existió y fue centro de muchos espectáculos durante el siglo pasado, terminó abandonado y en ruinas, el año pasado fue reconstruido totalmente (no quedaba más que su fachada original), para recuperar y volver a ser digno de su esplendor de otrora 🎭💃🏻.

Finally, two icons of the city, the main church, a building that is more than 200 years old, and the theater, which although it existed and was the center of many shows during the last century, ended up abandoned and in ruins, last year it was completely rebuilt (only its original facade remained), to recover and once again be worthy of its former splendor 🎭💃🏻.

Mientras escribo las últimas palabras de esta sencilla publicación, el sol esta tratando de colarse nuevamente con su esplendor entre las nubes y la lluvia se ha detenido, aunque por lo que veo, en un rato volverá a llover jajaja, son los contrastes del trópico donde ver un aguacero en pleno día soleado es algo totalmente normal 🌞🌧️😂🤷🏻‍♀️.

As I write the last words of this simple post, the sun is trying to sneak back in with its splendor between the clouds and the rain has stopped, although from what I see, it will rain again in a while hahaha, these are the contrasts of the tropics where seeing a downpour in the middle of a sunny day is something totally normal 🌞🌧️😂🤷🏻‍♀️.
