El conejito azul de otoño 🐰💙🍂 (pintura en acuarela) / The blue autumn bunny 🐰💙🍂 (watercolor painting)

Saludos hivers. En muchas partes del mundo empezó el otoño, y con él llega la calidez de los colores ocre, naranja, amarillo y marrón en sus diferentes tonalidades, así que hoy se me ocurrió pintar algo relacionado a esto, pero, agregando un elemento de contraste, en este caso, el color complementario, el azul.

Hello hivers. Autumn has begun in many parts of the world, and with it comes the warmth of ochre, orange, yellow, and brown colors in their various shades. So today I decided to paint something related to this, but adding a contrasting element, in this case, the complementary color, blue.

En la pintura que les presento hoy utilicé un poquito de fantasía ya que obviamente no existen conejos azules jajaja, pero me encanta dibujar animales y quería incluir uno, pude haber elegido un ave o un insecto azul, pero desde el principio había pensado en un conejito celeste y era mi primera opción 😁. Veamos como cobró vida esta escena otoñal 🍂🍁.

In the painting I present to you today I used a little bit of fantasy since obviously blue rabbits don't exist hahaha, but I love drawing animals and I wanted to include one, I could have chosen a blue bird or a blue insect, but from the beginning I had in mind a light blue bunny and it was my first option 😁. Let's see how this autumn scene came to life 🍂🍁.

Sobre la mesa puse lápiz, borrador, pinceles y acuarelas, y mi lienzo fue la cartulina reciclada de una caja de frijoles 😁. Un boceto sencillo y empieza la creación artística 🖌️.

On the table, I laid out a pencil, eraser, paintbrushes, and watercolors, and my canvas was recycled cardboard from a bean box 😁. A simple sketch and the artistic creation begins 🖌️.

Usé dos tonos de azul, celeste para pintar todo el conejito y un tono más oscuro para las sombras y algunos contornos.

I used two shades of blue, light blue to paint the entire bunny and a darker shade for the shadows and some outlines.

Ahora llegó el momento de los colores que definen la temporada de otoño, amarillo, naranja y marrón, los utilicé para las hojas y las ramas.

Now it's time for the colors that define the fall season, yellow, orange and brown, I used them for the leaves and branches.

Mi simpático amiguito está masticando una hoja que arrancó de las ramas. Usé un poquito de negro para pintar sus ojos, nariz y resaltar las sombras en las orejas.

My cute little friend is chewing on a leaf he picked from the branches. I used a little black to paint his eyes, nose, and highlight the shadows on his ears.

La escena se llena de amarillo y naranja para darle mayor protagonismo al elemento de contraste, el conejo 🐰. Por último, unos puntos de luz con pintura blanca en los ojos y unos bigotes que hice con el lápiz.

The scene is filled with yellow and orange to give greater prominence to the contrasting element, the rabbit 🐰. Finally, some points of light with white paint on the eyes and some whiskers I made with a pencil.
