Saludos hivers y bienvenidos a mi blog. Hay infinitas maneras de hacer arte, tantas como la creatividad lo permita, algunas requieren de muchas horas de dedicación y para otras sólo se necesita de unos minutos.

Hello hivers and welcome to my blog. There are infinite ways to make art, as many as creativity allows, some require many hours of dedication and for others it only takes a few minutes.

Por lo general, cuando un artista crea un dibujo, una pintura o una escultura, lo hace no sólo para expresarse sino también para que su obra perdure en el tiempo y pueda ser vista por las futuras generaciones. Cuando vamos a un museo o a una galería de arte, tenemos la oportunidad de estar frente a creaciones que tienen siglos y hasta miles de años de antigüedad, lo cual es realmente impresionante.

Generally, when an artist creates a drawing, a painting or a sculpture, he/she does so not only to express himself/herself but also so that his/her work lasts over time and can be seen by future generations. When we go to a museum or an art gallery, we have the opportunity to be in front of creations that are centuries and even thousands of years old, which is truly impressive.

Por otro lado, hay formas de arte más efímeras, las cuales podemos conservar (aunque sólo sea visual o virtualmente), gracias a la fotografía puesto que son hechas con materiales o técnicas que no nos permiten preservarlas, como las esculturas en la arena o la nieve, con hielo, los dibujos con tiza en las calles, etc. La semana pasada había puesto unas semillas de linaza (Linum usitatissimum) al sol, mientras las mezclaba con los dedos surgieron unas figuras así que pensé que sería una buena idea hacer unos dibujos y compartirlos con ustedes, son dibujos sencillos pero muy simpáticos jejeje.

On the other hand, there are more ephemeral forms of art, which we can preserve (even if only visually or virtually), thanks to photography since they are made with materials or techniques that do not allow us to preserve them, such as sculptures in the sand or the snow, ice, chalk drawings on the streets, etc. Last week I had put some linseeds (Linum usitatissimum) in the sun, while I mixed them with my fingers some figures emerged so I thought it would be a good idea to make some drawings and share them with you, they are simple but very nice drawings hehehe.

Para hacer estos efímeros dibujos sólo utilicé una bandeja, semillas de linaza y mis dedos. La linaza (Linum usitatissimum) es muy nutritiva, posee ácidos grasos Omega 3, 6 y 9, yo la echo en la licuadora para pulverizarla y la agrego a los batidos, los jugos o la masa del pan y la arepa, no sólo es excelente para la salud sino que también les da un ligero sabor a nueces.

To make these ephemeral drawings I only used a tray, linseeds and my fingers. Linseed (Linum usitatissimum) is very nutritious, it has Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, I put it in the blender to pulverize it and add it to smoothies, juices or bread and arepa dough, not only it's excellent for health but also gives them a slight nutty flavor.
