RE: Employee Mistakes Costing Businesses

I bought a shoes, and they told me i send you one day specific and the shoes do not come in this date it, come two days after, and they returning my money but i did try to paid for the product i will be happy with a discount but not with all price, but i did not found the method for paid for it.
It is complicated because i know some one are paid for the products, i am not happy for free shoes in amazon.com, because i know some one should paid for this.
We can paid for all product that we can bought.
