Walk with the children in celebration of the international day against mom's cancer 💗

Bienvenidos a mi blog amigos de ésta hermosa comunidad de @maternity, en este mes se celebra el día internacional de la lucha contra el cáncer de mama, para ser más preciso el 19 de octubre, un tema bastante importante que de una u otra forma debemos tener presente, no solo por ser un un tema de salud y enfermedad sino porque representar uno de los más ocurridos en mujeres.

Welcome to my blog friends of this beautiful community of @maternity, this month is celebrated the international day of the fight against breast cancer, to be more precise on October 19, a very important issue that in one way or another we must keep in mind, not only for being a health and disease issue but because it represents one of the most occurred in women.

En el prescolar donde va mi pequeña Miranda, organizaron una pequeña actividad donde mostraron carteles alusivos al día, fotografiando a los niños juntos a ellos y una caminata en celebración al día de ayer, dónde participaron los niños junto a sus representantes y todo el personal de la institución,en un recorrido por las adyacencias del prescolar, desfilando con globos rosados , camisas y listones rosados en referencia a ese día, también gritaban rimas y gritos de guerras sobre el tema en cuestión, hubieron pitos y bocinas en medio de la celebran.

In the preschool where my little Miranda goes, they organized a small activity where they showed posters alluding to the day, photographing the children together with them and a walk in celebration of yesterday, where the children participated along with their representatives and all the staff of the institution, in a tour of the surroundings of the preschool, parading with pink balloons, pink shirts and ribbons in reference to that day, also shouted rhymes and shouts of wars on the subject in question, there were whistles and horns in the middle of the celebrate.

Los niños caminaron juntos a sus padres y compañeros haciendo el recorrido aún con el sol un poco fuerte, pero se portaron muy bien. Unos iban tranquilos y otros no tanto jajaja corrían y brincaban, estaban contentos, bueno mi hija fue una de las que estaba corriendo jajaja luego de que estaba tranquila entro en confianza y hasta se olvidó de mi, y siguió desfilando junto a sus amiguitos, yo allí detrás de ella 😁 Llegando al final del desfile , nos encontramos con la doctora que sería la encargada de dar una charla sobre el cáncer de mama, habló sobre su prevención , los pasos a seguir para el auto exámen, cuando hacerse y muchos tips más, quedando a disposición para cualquier duda información.

The children walked together with their parents and classmates making the tour even with the sun a little strong, but they behaved very well. Some were calm and others not so much hahaha they were running and jumping, they were happy, well my daughter was one of those who was running hahaha after she was calm she became more confident and even forgot about me, and continued parading with her friends, I was there behind her 😁. Arriving at the end of the parade, we met the doctor who would be in charge of giving a talk about breast cancer, she talked about its prevention, the steps to follow for self-examination, when to do it and many more tips, being available for any questions or information.

También llamó a la concientización para que nos hagamos el examen de despistaje a partir de los 30 años de manera anual, una ecografía o mamografía que es más precisa como estudio especializado en esa enfermedad, para así poder descartar algún síntoma o presencia de algún anomalía que pueda ser cáncer, ya que esto sería parte importante en el momento de detectar esa enfermedad , para que así se pueda actuar a tiempo, el cáncer de mamá es una enfermedad grave que le da a mujeres y hombres también, en las mamas y cuando no es atendido a tiempo puede llegar a ser mortal, muchas mujeres luchan contra ésta enfermedad.

I also call for awareness so that we can have an annual screening exam starting at age 30, an ultrasound or mammography is more accurate as a specialized study in this disease, in order to rule out any symptoms or presence of any abnormality that may be cancer, since this would be an important part in detecting this disease, so that we can act in time. Breast cancer is a serious disease that affects women and men as well, in the breasts and when it is not treated in time it can become deadly, many women fight against this disease.

Me pareció excelente que pudieron realizar esta actividad con motivo a un tema de salud bastante resaltante en la actualidad y que se pueda ir mostrando a los niños poco a poco sobre esto, enseñándoles y educándolos en materia de salud, para que vayan conociendo desde pequeños y la concientización empiece desde allí, ya que nosotros como padres también nos favorecemos de ésto al participar con ellos en cada actividad obteniendo información valiosa que quizás ya sabíamos pero olvidamos o que ni teníamos.

I thought it was excellent that they were able to carry out this activity on the occasion of a very important health topic nowadays and that they could show the children little by little about it, teaching them and educating them about health, so that they can learn about it from an early age and the awareness starts from there, since we as parents also benefit from this by participating with them in each activity obtaining valuable information that perhaps we already knew but forgot or didn't even have.
