MY LOVE FOR GOOD MUSIC

Music plays a great role in everyone's life. It has the power to heal our mind and soul through its soothing effects. . It's very hard to see someone that doesn't like music. Without music, our lives would have been completely different, boring and empty. Music is indeed a powerful thing. It has the power to influence the mood and behavior of people, and it can be used at any point in time.

I love music a lot. In fact, music is like food to me, I can listen to it over and over again. I listen to music and play different kind of songs for various reasons such as to communicate with God, for relaxation, to study, and meditation. I love listening to music while on my way to work, because it helps me to prepare for the day that waits. I don't just listen to music, when listening to music, I like to listen closely to the text and find out what it means. Like when I hear a song, I like to interpret it in my own way or get a good message out of it.

My kind of music is good music. Good music is that kind of music which has the capability to bring about positive feelings for oneself. Whether it brings about happiness, peace or joy to my soul. As far as I'm concerned, I have always loved good music. For example, Heal the world by Michael Jackson. In this song, Michael Jackson encourages us to make the world a better place for everyone. It is so important that we hear a suitable song that works as a therapy for us or brings a lot of good messages to us.

Recently, I have focused mostly on gospel music. Well, I have my reasons for that. Gospel music contains good sound and well-composed lyrics. It is about the praising and honoring of God. Gospel music encourages me and teaches me more about God's love and helps me to grow stronger in faith. Many people mostly thought that gospel music is only made for the church environment, that you can only hear it in the church on Sunday morning during service.

As for me, I believe that there's no specific places or times someone cannot listen to Gospel music. I listen to Christian songs anytime of the day. Thanks to my phone, it has always been my most faithful companion. With it, I played different Gospel music on Audiomack, Boom play and YouTube. This kind of music always gives me the opportunities to speak from my heart to the heart of God. I recommend you all to always listen to Gospel music at all times. Gospel music has a way of connecting us with God in ways sermons or prayers can’t do.
