It is familiar if we hear about today's topic, two sectors managed by the government and the private sector from education, health to several other types, there are negative sides and there are also positive sides, depending on how we respond to it well, personally for me myself it is a little difficult for me to compare the best among the two, Whether it is the government or the private sector, because it has its own shortcomings and advantages, but nevertheless I have to explain a little about my opinion on this case.

I am more inclined to give my opinion about health because I often see and live in this field of health, hospitals managed by the government of course have their own advantages, especially for the poor, because the poor get free treatment, but there are several things that need to be considered where in the field of health managed by the government many people or experts who work in the It is as if they feel that this hospital is their own, many patients who receive treatment for free are not well served, because they consider people to treat voluntarily and of course do not get anything from patients, even though they receive treatment for free, but there are still many poor people who complain about the attitude of service in hospitals managed by the government.Because in my family, almost all of them tend to work in the health sector, whether government or private.

If we talk about these two sectors in the health sector, of course I prefer to go to private hospitals, in my country Indonesia in private hospitals also get the right to treatment which has been agreed by the government through BPJS (Social Security Organizing Agency) in the health sector, in the hospital sector which is managed by the private sector, of course there are advantages that are much better compared to the hospital sector which is managed by The government, workers in the private sector prefer to follow the procedures and rules that have been agreed upon by the workers, in addition to the equipment needed is available and complete, of course, in the private hospital sector also prioritizes the health and safety of its patients.

Workers in the private sector are mostly more professional with their duties and responsibilities as workers, if there are a handful of employees who behave strangely, of course the management does not hesitate to take a firm stance with the risk of dismissal, there are no people who play in it like the example of the mafia who do everything to cover up the mistakes made by the workers, But most of what I know from the hospital sector that is managed by the government is that we often find many cases that are violated by hospital workers but are still allowed to work even though they have made mistakes several times. the government should be able to overcome these cases so that they do not protract.

Sometimes we can't decide which is the best between the two, depending on each country has its own way, to be honest for me personally I have to say again that the private sector is superior to the government, not that I don't like the sector managed by the government but this is according to my opinion and some experience that I already know about these two, Although I am not a rich person who is surrounded by wealth, but for the sake of my health I prioritize the good.
