Good morning, greetings to everyone, and see you again in the latest edition of hive Learners, directly or indirectly we meet traders almost every day, because like it or not it is clear that our daily needs are required we have to shop at the market, many things happen when we shop at the market and will meet some traders, Sometimes a trader can set the price of some types of goods that are not standard, because if there are new people who want to shop at their store, if the buyer does not understand business or trade, of course it will be easier for the merchant to extort our money in fraudulent ways.

One day when I wanted to shop at one of the markets I used to shop in, suddenly the store I used to shop at closed because there was another activity that forced them to close their store, a sudden need that I had to buy inevitably I had to shop at the store next door, they welcomed me with a little cynical welcome, because I had never shopped at the store, This means that traders sometimes consider buyers like beggers or pegemis, traders should be more polite and ethical if a new buyer arrives.
**Why am I more comfortable shopping next to his store than in his store? **
There are several reasons that make me a regular customer in one of the stores I shopped in, the person is very friendly and ethical when serving buyers, a polite way of speaking will certainly encourage your business to grow, whether you want to be a regular customer or not a merchant does not deserve to speak that is not worth hearing, I saw a middle-aged merchant, Very gently invite buyers to sit first while waiting for their order, that's an example of a merchant who makes customers loyal to shop in their store, not all merchants are also good, there is also a bad side of a merchant who suddenly raises the price of goods without caring about his customers.

Facing various kinds of characters from buyers is certainly not easy for a trader, we really have to be patient with different buyer attitudes, some are judes, some are soft, a trader must be smart in winning the hearts of buyers even though their attitude is judes, so that customers still want to go back to shop at our store, behave politely and make customers like kings I am very sure that if we carry out these two things, customers will be loyal to shop at our store if The needs are gone, they will definitely come back.
I least like to shop at stores that don't appreciate a buyer, if the attitude of the merchant is like this, of course they will not last longer in the market, little by little the customers will drop down and will go out of business or close their trade, before selling we as traders must learn in the business or trade section first so that we understand how to make our customers last not for a day but for forever, This is how we need to learn, and after we understand then we begin to face many people, many buyers, many characters, besides that a trader must also give more time to buyers, do not rush in facing the attitude of buyers.
