My short journey in one of the Gayo Lues
Hello friends,photography lovers
In the past few days, I took some of my free time to visit one of the areas that is very famous with the nickname the cold city, about a 3-hour journey from where I live. However, before reaching my destination, I stopped briefly at km 35, one of the areas surrounded by forests, precisely in the Cot Panglima area. During holidays, this area is often visited by local tourists to enjoy the natural beauty around.
As midday approached, I stopped briefly in the Cot Panglima area to rest for a moment, at a small, simple stall located on the edge of the highway leading to the cool city. Most of the drinks sold there are instant drinks; I ordered a cup of black coffee to enjoy while taking in the beautiful scenery along the Bireun-Takengon route. I was traveling with my friend on a motorcycle, and the wind was blowing very strongly. My thirst vanished instantly when I was at this simple stall.
You can see the beauty of nature around Cot Panglima here, there isn’t a single resident who lives and settles in this area, because this area is categorized as a landslide-prone area, that’s why no one dares to live here. As for the grandfather who sells in this area, he also goes home in the evening, and all the items in the shop are neatly organized. The prices of drinks here are relatively high because they have to go down to the city to shop, I accept the situation.
After resting for a while, I continued my journey again, in the middle of the journey precisely at km 40 which is very famous for its deadly road. The roads passing through km 40 are indeed categorized as very frightening, many accidents occur in this area due to various factors, the road lanes not being too wide and the many sharp turns require car drivers to be very careful to avoid traffic accidents. I took some pictures in the middle of my journey to the cold city.
Thank you very much to all my friends who have taken a little time to read my post, I hope it can be beneficial for all of us.
