In the modern era like today, social media has become an important part of our lives, because with social media, of course, we are getting various information that is trending or information that is difficult for us to reach. not only that, with social media, of course we can share with each other, as we know social media is the most interesting platform so that we can access it for our personal needs, For example, entertainment, sharing our work and doing business and many others that I don't need to mention one by one, in essence for me personally use this social media wisely, sometimes many of us use social media as sex slaves and others who violate ethics.

Relating to the company or the manager of a company asking employees to relate to social media is of course okay for me personally, because a company wants to see an employee who is employed in his company is the right people, but the manager of the company I work for does not ask for my social media ID, after all, in my social media account there are no things that are too private that I keep in it, To be honest, I don't dare to store things that are private on my social media accounts, because I can't guarantee that it will be 100% safe.

When I was a teenager about 10 years ago I was a little active on my social media accounts on Facebook, because I thought on Facebook I could find new friends and get to know each other, but unfortunately my Facebook account was hacked, after that incident I rarely opened my social media accounts again, Although recently I have been interested in reopening my social media account for me to make it one of my additional jobs for my living needs, which means that the economic factor is not optimal with increasing needs so I have to find additional money so that my needs are well organized.

At the end of 2015 ago I worked in one of the companies as a chip leader, of course I have a greater responsibility about this position I hold, I got instructions from HRD to check all my employees' mobile phones, because according to HRD information in the company I work for got an information that there is one employee in another part who provides poor information on his social media about the performance of the company he works for, In the beginning of my work, there were no employees who badmouthed the company, this is certainly good for using social media in an unwise way, starting from this case, the initiative from the company director arose for all new employees at the time of the interview, of course, it will be a little more in-depth questioning things related to personal matters.

Indeed, many points of view on this topic are different, some agree and some disagree with handing over social media accounts to their bosses, violating privacy is true if asked to hand over everything from social media accounts to pins, sometimes there are a handful of people who deliberately use their social media to show negative things so that it makes it easier for people to see them, This is very bad for all of us, my advice in this topic is to use your social media accounts wisely, because if you blame using social media you can deal with other people so that you can be sued.
