Yummy 😋 and healthy as well 🥗.

It does look like the steamed eggs from a Teochew-style restaurant. Your version is the healthier version, I think this recipe is something that I may be able to learn. Thanks for sharing :)

Yeah it was inspired by steamed egg. Sometimes we have no egg 😅 so tofu can be great replacement as well
