These type of mothers deserves nothing but love and support ❣️
Hello lovely 😍 Moms and Dads on Hive, shall we talk bout these kinds of Moms.
Okay, every mom of a newborn deserves nothing but love and support but the moms I like to talk about in this post even deserve it more.

It's the dream and the prayer of every mother to not only survive her pregnancy but carry a healthy baby after nine months. But when it comes to carrying a child in your belly, a lot of risk factors are involved for the mother and also for the baby.
I was one of the lucky ones when I put to bed two weeks ago. A healthy baby is what I get. I was still lying flat on the surgery bed with half of my body still motionless due to the injection given to me before my surgery but I was so happy I could smile and speak when my baby was presented to me to identify his gender. "It's a boy I said" and I was like what? He is the cutest ever and looks so strong with a cry so loud the people waiting at the reception could hear clearly that a new baby has just arrived. I kept smiling even when the nurses took him away to clean him up. I am truly grateful.
Fast forward to five days ago when my baby had to undergo a phototherapy treatment because we noticed he was showing some signs of jaundice, thankfully, we acted in time before he could suffer any complications.
The sight at the hospital baby intensive units was something that cannot leave my memories in a hurry, for the past few days I couldn't stop replaying many situations those little angels and their mothers are going through. I saw doctors and nurses fighting for their lives, some survived and left to go home, while some didn't make it and some are still fighting while some are still being admitted.
Something is common among the mothers of these premature and other critically sick babies, it's their resilience that caught my attention, the way they stay strong for their babies, the way they have to be patient and wait endlessly to hear what the doctors will say next. The way they had to be separated from their babies and only called upon when they needed breastfeeding and they still had to act cool and wait painfully. Another heartbreaking part is that some mothers are turned back due to lack of hospital bed space for the condition of their baby, it's something a mother shouldn't have to go through but sadly our hospitals are over stretch and sometimes you need a little bit of luck by your side to get a bed space for a critically sick baby.

Should we talk about the way some of the mothers had to struggle in pressing their breast milk for their babies because they can't suck the milk themselves. These mothers are heroes not the type with a gun or a sword fighting at a warfronts but they are fighting a silent battle and sometimes it can be lonely. They are fighting for the most precious gifts they got ( their kids) . It's rough being a mother but I had no idea how rough and tough it can be being a mother to premature babies until this first hand experience.
Our three days' admission at the hospital’s baby intensive care unit opened my eyes to what some mothers go through when the babies are premature or critically sick. It's a tough war for them, and so if you ever come in contact with them, show them nothing but love and support. And if you have a healthy baby, you have no idea how fortunate you are. I'm sending out wishes and prayers that every sick child gets his or her healings. And to a mother out there, trying to save the life of her child, stay strong and I wish you received your miracle.
I simply could not think of something else to blog about until I got this off my chest. So, thank you for being part of the story.
Still your one and only @funshee, bye-bye ❣️ 😊

⚠️⚠️⚠️ ALERT ⚠️⚠️⚠️
HIVE coin is currently at a critically low liquidity. It is strongly suggested to withdraw your funds while you still can.
This is funny 🤣 considering your hive power is still in power up
Wow... Your words are so sweet. You've reminded me of when my two children were born. That moment is truly special!
By the way, I'm so glad everything went well for you and your son. Congratulations!
Aww 😍😊 Twins, such a double blessing.
Thank you very much, I wish you a beautiful day ahead.
No! I didn't have twins! I have two children, but they're different ages, haha.
Oh, okay. Blessings to them, may they continue to be a source of joy to you.
Es triste esa realidad que se vive en los hospitales, gracias a Dios y todo te salió bien, saludos y bendiciones.
I wish things could improve. Thank you very much.
I'm sorry you had to go back to the hospital with your baby. I hope he is in good health. Blessings to him.
In the hospital, you see many heartbreaking stories, things that no mother should have to go through.
Thank you very much, he is in great health now.
Yes, having a sick child is not something palatable. I wish all mothers great health for their kids.
Staying in the hospital makes you appreciate what was taken for granted.
I have been in those same shoes with some mothers and I can say for sure that taking a healthy child back home makes you forget all the stress you went through.
Thank God our baby boy is doing great, may God continue to bless, keep and preserve him 🙏
In fact, it's not easy to see one's child very sick. I wish every child good health.
Thank you very much, Sis❣️. He is great now.
