"Redefining to Heal: Lessons Learned from Past Mistakes."
Hello! Holla!! 😊❣️
This is my response to this initiative by our friend @apineda in the Holos-lotus community; it's such an insightful initiative, so I employed you to check it out. I have decided to title this publication, "Redefining to Heal: Lessons Learned from Past Mistakes." As the title implies, this was an experience that shaped how I think and take care of my overall health today.
Our health is such a very important part of our life, but sometimes, some of us take this crucial aspect for granted until we lose the great health we have or are on the verge of losing it.
I happened to be someone who paid little attention to her health a long time ago. I was young and inexperienced. I lived apart from my parents for several years; during the weeks, I only got to be with them only on weekends. This gave me the chance to neglect the healthy eating habits my mother taught me. When I'm not with my parents and I'm in the village where I was schooling, I don't usually eat well; I could eat just once a day and then act like I was okay.
Yes, some conditions I found myself in those days were tough, which influenced my unhealthy behavior, but if I knew what I know now, I would have tried harder to do better by prioritizing my feeding. But then I was young and thought those things didn't matter, or I thought I could get away with consequences.
Five years down the line I was in my fifth class in secondary school, when I was diagnosed with a chronic stomach ulcer. The consequences of my skipping meals and not taking enough water on an almost daily basis came knocking at my door, and it wasn't in any way a pleasant experience.
It took me several years of readjusting my meals, replacing my bad eating habits with a healthy habit, and with the help of a natural remedy I found along the way, my healthy body system was restored.
This experience helps me to redefine my approach to health, it's made me to start learning how to make my overall well-being a top priority, as it's easier to lose our great health than to regain it back most times. To be intentional when we do anything related to our health, as these little bad habits, if compounded over a long period, can really cost a devastating effect. So also are the good habits; they would result in a great outcome for us over a long period of time, so I encourage you to choose wisely.
Just take a look at the image above, which I took from a hospital doorway. You will notice that the best doctors in the world aren't the most qualified ones, but simple healthy habits such as taking fresh air, exercising, eating healthy, taking adequate sunlight, taking adequate water, and resting can keep us away from the hospital.
As I continue to grow older, I'm learning to apply this mindset not just regarding my health but in everything I do on a daily basis. Little habits, good or bad, over a long period of time have consequences, depending on which part we follow. As I continue to build my good habits on everything I do, I enjoyed you to do same.
Thank you very much for your time and support, I wish you a healthy life. Bye for now.

¡Hola! ¡Hola! 😊❣️

The most crucial part people tend to neglect is that, practicing healthy habits costs less compared to the bad one. We must not wait to land in the hospital before prioritizing our health.
That is very true, healthy habits are easier to maintain compared to unhealthy ones but sometimes we just have to learn the hard way.
!lolz, 🤣 exactly... human nature, likes learning the hard way.

Practicing healthy eating is really difficult but with determination it's possible to achieve.
I recently told myself I would not eat any food once it's past 7 pm, I won't lie it has not been easy but I am getting through it day by day for the sake of my well being
For me, I find it easy to practice healthy eating habits from the moment I started being intentional about it.
But for anyone coming back late from work, it might be a bit challenging to eat dinner before 7 pm. Lucky for me, I work from home for now.
You are right, we just need to be intentional about it
Hmmm the best doctors aren't those who studied it but nature itself
That is right 👍😊
It’s very good to eat healthy food o. You can’t just be taking anything anyhow. I have plenty friends that love carbonated drinks, but me I don’t join them, because I know what works for my body. Truly, when you eat healthy, your body will answer well, and when you eat badly, your body will also respond to it.
Wonderful post!”
Carbonated drinks and I walks in opposite direction, my body never do well with them, so I ditched it long time ago.
This is 100% true.

Yes, I'm glad to have changed my habits towards my health.
