If Wishes Were Horses, I Would Love To........

If wishes were a horse I would love to halt my aging process at a certain age, somewhere between thirty-five and forty would be perfect. At that age, my body would still be in great shape and form, my energy at its best.

If there is one thing that scares me is that one day I will be at a certain age where my health might begin to grow wary. I won't be able to do the things that I usually do because of some of the conditions that come with old age. Even though nothing is certain in life, I always pray for a long life and great health to enjoy my old age.

So many times I have fantasized about staying young forever. Yes, I know I will leave this world one day but I love to enjoy it to the fullest until the very end.

What superpower do I desire?

If I can have a superpower, it will be to have the ability to halt my aging process at thirty-five, then I can live the rest of my life looking like my current self. With little to no wrinkles, nothing like my bones and muscles growing weaker, nothing like my eyes would fail me at one point and become blurry. Or have my teeth been so weak that I won't be able to simply enjoy eating biscuit bones. Nothing like me having any form of sickness that accompanies old age will be amazing.

Sometimes I can't help but flinch when I think of the old age conditions, and I just wish I could live forever young.

This is not just going to be for me only, I'm pretty sure a lot of people will love to stop aging once they reach a particular age and be able to enjoy living the remaining days of their lives like that.

I should be able to use my power to help other people stay at their best age, all they would have to do would be to just wish to halt their aging process and my power will be able to pick on their wishes and make it happen.

Of course, if they have a change of mind, I should be able to reverse their age to any year of their choice at any point.

My superpower should give me the ability to stop sickness from falling on people, just imagine a world free from disease and sickness, everyone should be able to live and enjoy great health. That would bring less pain to people. Physical pain, and financial burden. People will no longer have to spend money treating themselves in the hospital or buying medicine. People will no longer be a burden to their families due to sickness and failing health. Everyone will live strong until it is time to leave this earth, how sweet huh?

Responsibility of my power

I know it could be a lot of responsibility for me, I might have to stop people from making some bad health choices sometimes, like people that eat unhealthy foods that could affect their health in the long run, or live an unhealthy lifestyle generally.

I should be able to snap my fingers and be able to change people's minds when they are just about making a wrong choice regarding their health.

But ops, that means I would have to be able to see what everyone is about to do right, that will be a lot of work, something only God Almighty can do but if it is his wish for me to do it I will gladly do it with all my heart.

But for now, I don't have such power, but I can certainly take very good care of my health and body, and I do tell anyone close to me to do the same, we have got only one body remember? Eat healthy food, exercise, smile, and take care of ourselves. So that, if everything is equal, we can slow down our aging process, and enjoy great health as much as possible.
