Hello, Praetorians. Welcome to this social media post. This week, I want to share with you about one of my new cards, my adventure in a tournament, and the results of the last brawl in my clan.

YABANIUS’S PICKLE

During this week our beloved pickle went on sale. Taking advantage of the good price it has, I planned to buy 5 cards (thinking to have the card if possible at level 2). This would be my first Promo card.

What a surprise, when I saw my purchase reflected and had one of the cards in its golden version.

For now I have not used it much in battles, but when I have been able to use it, it is in combination with Moxian Rebel.

Tournament

During this week I participated in the "Tidalring Modern Novice" tournament, these tournaments help me to think a little better the strategies with the cards I own based on their level. Therefore, I try to participate from time to test myself and see how far I can go with my own cards.

My results were average, I have to improve a lot and I'm missing some cards that could help me. But well, I won enough battles to hold a good position and receive some rewards in $SPS, which cover the cost of registration to the tournament and allow me to participate in the next ones.

Brawl

The results of my clan #fallenangels were very good; we achieved 1st place. Something that had not happened for some time, it seemed that we were stuck between 2nd and 3rd place. Some changes that were made to the different battle slots were helpful and allowed us to get more wins.

By continuing to perform so well, the clan continues to position itself as the best in the Spanish-speaking world, while ranking 106th among all clans.

Now, my results defending the Bronze CA and RB slot were only 50%. Unfortunately, I did not perform well and only won two of the battles.

A battle where only melee attack is allowed and all units have the ability, spines, and range.

A battle using the summoner (Archon) Fithe Bladestone, which would provide extra armor to the units, which would help reduce the damage from the thorns.

First round

By using Fithe Bladestone, the armor it granted allowed my units to attack and the damage from the thorns was absorbed by the armor. This made my units take a little more damage. Having a card, Gladius as a Gorth (which has a good amount of HP), employed a strategy using Mana Warden and its ability to shield the unit in front of it. This allowed me to have a Gorth that would withstand anything.

In this round my opponent lost two of his units, and in my case, it was only one.

Second round

As my opponent had a higher accumulated damage on each unit due to the effect of the thorns, each attack reduced his chance of victory. Gorth benefited from being able to defeat enemy units in one hit with almost no damage.

Third round

This was the final round, Gladius vs. Gladius. Tatiana Blayde (opponent) attacked Gorth and only managed to do a little damage to him, but still took a little damage and ended up with only 2 health points. The next turn to attack was Gorth's and that would be enough to defeat her.

This was the end of the battle, giving me this victory in the Brawl.

Currently, I'm at 58K merits, which would be enough for a 29 Gladius Case, but I think I'm going to aim to buy the 50 Gladius Case. Hopefully, it won't take me that long to reach that goal and I'll be able to share with you the cards I get.

Durante esta semana salió a la venta nuestro querido pepinillo. Aprovechando el buen precio que tiene, planeé comprar 5 cartas (pensando tener la carta si era posible en el nivel 2). Esta sería mi primera carta Promo.

Vaya sorpresa, cuando al ver reflejada mi compra y tener una de las cartas en su versión dorada.

Por ahora la he usado poco en batallas, pero en las que he podido usarla es en combinación con Moxian Rebel.

Torneo

Durante esta semana participé en el torneo "Tidalring Modern Novice", estos torneos me ayudan a pensar un poco mejor las estrategias con las cartas que poseo con base en su nivel. Por lo tanto, intento participar de vez en cuando para ponerme a prueba y ver hasta dónde puedo llegar con mis propias cartas.

Mis resultados fueron regulares, tengo que mejorar mucho y me faltan algunas cartas que me podrían ser de ayuda. Pero bien, gané las suficientes batallas para sostenerme en un buen puesto y recibir algunas recompensas en $SPS, las cuales cubren el costo de inscripción al torneo y me permiten participar en los próximos.

Brawl

Los resultados de mi clan #fallenangels fueron muy buenos, logramos el 1.° lugar. Algo que no se había dado desde hacía algún tiempo, parecía que estábamos estancados entre la 2.° y 3.° lugar. Sirvieron algunos cambios que se realizaron en las diferentes ranuras de batalla y permitieron obtener más victorias.

Al seguir teniendo tan buenos resultados, el clan sigue posicionándose como el mejor en habla hispana y a la vez estar en el puesto 106 entre todos los clanes.

Ahora bien, mis resultados defendiendo la ranura Bronce CA y RB fueron solo al 50%. Lastimosamente no tuve un buen desempeño y solo gane dos de las batallas.

Una batalla donde solo se permite el ataque cuerpo a cuerpo y todas las unidades tienen la habilidad, espinas y alcance.

Una batalla empleando al invocador (Arconte) Fithe Bladestone el cual le brindaría una armadura extra a las unidades, la cual ayudaría a reducir el daño producto de las espinas.

Primer round

Al usar Fithe Bladestone, la armadura que otorgaba permitió que mis unidades atacaran y el daño producto de las espinas era absorbido por la armadura. Esto hizo que mis unidades soportaran un poco más de daño. Al tener una carta, Gladius como Gorth (que posee una buena cantidad de puntos de vida), empleó una estrategia usando a Mana Warden y su habilidad de otorgarle escudo a la unidad adelante de ella. Esto me permitió tener a un Gorth que soportaría todo.

En este round mi oponente perdió a dos de sus unidades y en mi caso solo fue una.

Segundo round

Al tener a mi oponente un mayor daño acumulado en cada unidad por efecto de las espinas, cada ataque reduce su oportunidad de victoria. Gorth se beneficiaba de poder derrotar de un golpe a las unidades enemigas sin sufrir casi daño.

Tercer round

Este fue el round final, Gladius vs. Gladius. Tatiana Blayde (oponente) atacó a Gorth y solo logró hacerle un poco de daño a este, pero de igual forma recibió un poco de daño y terminó con solo 2 puntos de vida. El turno siguiente de atacar era de Gorth y bastaría solo ese para derrotarla.

Este fue el final de la batalla, dándome esta victoria en el Brawl.
